Ich biete ein voll möbliertes, schönes Zimmer (17 qm) in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse in Berlin Schöneberg an der Grenze zu Kreuzberg an. Es ist ausgestattet mit einem 140er Bett, einem Kleiderschrank, Tisch, Stuhl, Sessel und mehr. Küche und Bad werden zusammen genutzt, das Rauchen ist auf dem eigenen Balkon erlaubt, es sind keine Haustiere erwünscht.
Nahe U + S Yorkstrasse (ca. 7 Minuten), kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Strasse. Verschiedene Supermärkte (Rewe, Aldi & Lidl), Bäcker, Bioladen, Tankstelle und Späti sind in wenigen Minuten fussläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt kurz hinter dem Park am Gleisdreieck und auch zum Viktoriapark am Kreuzberg sind es nur wenige Minuten zu laufen.
Ich suche einen Berufspendler, der nur während der Woche, also Mo - Fr in Berlin ist. Am Wochenende möchte ich die Wohnung in der Regel für mich alleine haben. Das ist der Grund dafür, dass das Zimmer so preiswert ist. Du solltest keine Berührungsängste mit schwulen Männern haben und ordentlich sein. Nach Absprache kann das Zimmer auch mal an einem Wochenende genutzt werden.
