One of our flatmates is in holiday till 18th of September.

There is a desk, a bed, a sofa and a closet in the room.

The price is 350 euro for a month, all inclusive.
Cycle 5 minutes to Bergmannstraße or to Potsdamer Platz.
Good shopping possibilities: Kaiser-Wilhelm-Platz, Akazienstraße. Good transport connections: U7 Kleistpark or Eisenacher Straße, S1 Julius Leber Brücke, a lot of busses at Kaiser-Wilhelm-Platz, DB Bahn Südkreuz.

The apartment has 160 square meters, large living room (24 square meters), large living kitchen (24 square meters), large freshly renovated bathroom, guest toilet, wardrobe room, floor (20 meters).

Wireless DSL 6000 and ISDN, landline flat rate to Europe, as well as a washing-machine, a dishwasher and a real espresso machine, but no TV.


About us: Malte is Jazzmusician and usually travels one or two days a week. He is a good cook and is composing music at home. Markus is teaching german in the afternoon and like to have a late breakfast. Jonas is doing his german studies and preparing for University. Yannic has a proper work during the week and enjoys backing bread in his free time.

Sometimes we cook together or drink a coffee or tee. We like to eat meat and it is allowed to smoke... We are not a party-flatsharing, but some nice conversations and discussion are welcome.

About you: If you are communicative and open minded, if you are not afraid of other humans, if you like to have a talk from time to time and you are not only hiding in your room, then you could stay with us.

Jonas bereitet sich für die Uni vor und arbeitet im Kaffee nebenan. Yannic geht unter der Woche einer regulären Arbeit nach und bäckt gerne Brot. Wir kochen auch mal zusammen oder trinken Kaffee oder Tee. Wir essen Fleisch und es darf geraucht werden... Wir sind keine Party-WG, aber gemeinsame Gespräche und Diskussionen sind gern gesehen.

Zu Dir: Wenn Du kommunikativ und offen bist, keine Scheu vor Mitmenschen hast, gerne mal ein Gespräch führst und Dich nicht nur in Deinem Zimmer versteckst, dann könntest Du bei uns unterkommen.
