Ich werde für eine Woche nicht in Berlin sein und möchte mein wunderbares Zimmer in dieser Zeit gerne an Dich übergeben! Das möbilierte Zimmer ist nur zwischen dem 03. August bis 10. August 2018 verfügbar!
Es ist grandiose 25qm groß, hat tolle Holzdielen, wahnsinnig hohe Decken und einen privaten (!!!) Balkon, auf dem sich der Berliner Sommer genießen lässt. Ansonsten sind Zimmer sowie Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was man so zum Überleben braucht. In meiner Kommode werde ich dir ein wenig Platz schaffen, sodass es hoffentlich für eine Woche ausreicht.

I will be out of town for one (!) week (August 3rd - August 10th) and sublet my sunny room for this period. The room is in a typical Berliner Altbau :) there are beautiful crown mouldings, two large windows, high ceilings and (best) a private (!) balcony with a small table and two chairs, where you can sit and enjoy the summer while having breakfast or a late night beer. You will be sharing the kitchen, bathroom and chill area with 2 cool roommates. :)

Unfortunately, no animals due to allergies and the room is only for one (!) person (not a couple and no overnight guests).
Die WG befindet sich in Schöneberg an der Station Friedenau. Die S-Bahn ist nur 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt einen Edeka 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, ein paar nette kleine Lädchen und diverse Biomärkte sind auch nur knappe 10 Minuten entfernt.
Sei dir bitte bewusst, dass dies hier eine wunderbar ruhige Ecke ist! Wir sind aber mit der Bahn immer gut angebunden und auch unter der Woche kommt man nachts immer heim (dann mit dem Bus und 10 Minuten Fußweg).
Wunderbar ist gerade jetzt im Sommer die Nähe zum Schlachtensee!!

The WG is in Schöneberg right near S Friedenau. We have good transportation connections; the S bahn is a 1 minute walk from the place. There is an Edeka a 2 minute walk down the street and f.e. a LPG Biomarkt just an 7-8 minute walk. There are lots of restaurants, a nice Jazzbar, and the best pizza in town (Malafemmena) in the area. There are public libraries 2 stops south and one stop north of us. We are also not too far from many lakes (z. B. Schlachtensee) and can go swimming there in the summer!
Du wirst dir die WG mit zwei tollen Mitbewohnerinnen teilen. Die eine kommt aus den USA und ist gerade selbst nur zur Zwischenmiete hier. Sie begeistert sich für Yoga, außerdem könnt ihr die Stadt bestimmt auch mal zusammen unsicher machen :) Deine andere Mitbewohnerin ist 24, kommt aus der Schweiz/Deutschland und studiert Architektur. Sie mag kochen, Theater, Kunstausstellungen, Tanzen (Tango) und Yoga.
Unsere Wohngemeinschaft würde ich als ruhig und harmonisch bezeichnen, wir quatschen oft zusammen in der Küche, ziehen uns aber auch nach einem stressigen Tag in unsere Zimmer zurück.

Your roommates are both really friendly :) One of your roommates is also just subletting :) She is from the USA, loves travelling and yoga. The other is swiss/german, vegetarian, and studying architecture, stage design and scenography. She enjoys cooking, going to the theatre, going to art exhibitions, dancing, and ashtanga yoga.
Ich suche eine zuverlässige Person, der ich für eine Woche mein wunderschönes Zimmer anvertrauen kann. Ich hoffe, Du genießt deine Zeit hier genauso wie ich!
Die WG ist unser Zuhause, ein ruhiger Ort in einer noch ruhigeren Hausgemeinschaft. Wenn du Party suchst, dann ist das nicht der richtige Ort für dich!
Wie du dich ernährst, ist mir egal - dennoch wäre es grandios, wenn es kein Problem für dich ist, darauf zu verzichten, Fleisch zu kochen - wir leben hier alle vegetarisch.
Wenn du Interesse hast, dann schreib mir doch einfach, ein paar Sätze über dich – wer du bist, was du machst, was du magst. Was führt dich nach Berlin?
Es wäre natürlich toll, dich kennenzulernen - auch wenn es nur für eine Woche ist, wüsste ich gerne, wer es sich in meinem Zimmer gemütlich macht - vielleicht können wir ja auch skypen.
Außerdem hätte ich gerne eine Kaution von 100€.
