Dein Zimmer ist 18 qm groß und ist voll möbliert. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden von mir gestellt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Smoothiemixer, Entsafter, Küchenmaschine etc.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Bayerischen Platz. Edeka, Aldi, Dm, Bio Company sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Stadtpark Schöneberg ist 10 min entfernt. Der Akazienkiez ist eine U-Bahnstation entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig im Hinterhaus.
Ich suche eine nette Mitbewohnerin, mit der man abends etwas kochen kann oder auch mal ausgehen. Jeder hat natürlich seinen eigenen Rückzugsort.
Ich selber bin Juristin und warte auf mein Referendariatsplatz. Ich arbeite wochentags in einer Kanzlei. Ich bin ruhig und unkompliziert.
In der Miete sind sämtliche Putzuntensilien, Küchenbedarf, Gewürze, Öl zum Kochen, GEZ-Gebühr enthalten. Du musst dich also um nichts kümmern.
