da unser Mitbewohner Lorenzo leider wieder nach Italien zieht, vermieten wir vom 01.05. bis 30.06.2024 sein Zimmer und suchen charmanten Ersatz 🤩 Mit Möglichkeit der Verlängerung.

Der Raum ist 10 qm groß,möbliert und verfügt über ein Hochbett. Dein Zimmer hat Nachmittagssonne mit Lage zum ruhigen Innenhof.

Zur Wohnung:
Unsere wunderschöne renovierte Altbau-Wohnung ist 160 qm groß, hat ein kleines Duschbad und ein großes Bad mit Wanne, dazu eine 42 qm große Wohnküche – das Herzstück unserer WG und ist mitten im "Regenbogenkiez" gelegen. Hinzu kommt ein 23 qm großer weiterer Gemeinschaftsraum, wodurch wir alle einen riesigen Community Space (65 qm) haben.
Zu dir:
Da uns viel an unserem Zuhause gelegen ist, suchen wir nach einer Person die achtsam und respektvoll mit unserer Wohnung und uns umgeht. Ordnung, Sauberkeit und ein liebevoller Umgang miteinander sind unser A&O. Die WG ist ideal für all jene, die Lust an einem gemeinsamen Miteinander haben, ob Koch- oder Weinabende, Movienights oder sportliche Altivitäten. Ab und an werden wir bei uns im Community Space Workshops organisieren.

Since our roommate Niccoló is unfortunately moving back to Italy, we are renting from April 1st until end of June 2024 and are looking for a charming replacement 🤩 With the possibility of an extension.
About the room:
The room is 10 square meters, furnished and has a loft bed. Your room has afternoon sun and faces the quiet inner courtyard.
About the apartment:
Our beautiful renovated old building apartment is 160 square meters, has a small shower room and a large bathroom with tub, plus a 42 square meter eat-in kitchen - the heart of our WG and is located in the middle of the "Regenbogenkiez".
There is also another 23 square meter common room, which means we all have a large community space (65qm)
To you:
Since we care a lot about our home, we are looking for a person who is mindful and respectful of our apartment and us. Order, cleanliness and a loving interaction with each other are our A&O. The WG is ideal for all those who want to spend time together, whether cooking or wine evenings, movienights or sporty altivities. From time to time we will organize workshops in our community space.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. OG und liegt über der legendären Kneipe “Hafen”, nur drei Fußminuten vom Nollendorfplatz entfernt. Unser Kiez („Regenbogenkiez“) ist bunt, lebensbejahend und mit U1, U2, U3, U4, U12 und diversen Bussen (u.a. M46, 106, 187) super angebunden. Samstags ist auf dem Winterfeldtplatz Berlins größter und wie wir finden schönster Wochenmarkt. Der Akazienkiez liegt nur ein paar Laufminuten entfernt.

The apartment is on the 4th floor and is located above the legendary "Hafen" pub, just a three-minute walk from Nollendorfplatz. Our neighborhood ("Regenbogenkiez") is colorful, life-affirming and super connected with U1, U2, U3, U4, U12 and various buses (including M46, 106, 187). On Saturdays there is Berlin's biggest and, in our opinion, most beautiful weekly market on Winterfeldtplatz. The Akatzienkiez is only a few minutes walk away.
