Hello!
I'm going away for 3 weeks and would like to sublet my room for the entire period that I'm away. The room is in a 3 room WG shared with two other girls, and located on a central yet quiet street, and close to lots of shops and restaurants. The room is fully furnished with a queen size bed (bedding already available), wardrobe, desk and TV. The rest of the apartment includes a balcony, kitchen and bathroom, which are shared with the other roommates. There's also a washing machine in the basement.
The building is located 5 mins away from Nollendorfplatz station, with excellent connections to the rest of the city (U1,2, 3 & 4), in addition to bus lines M19, 106 & 187. There are several shopping options within 5 mins as well (Lidl, Edeka, Al Natura), as well as plenty of restaurants and cafés just south of the Ubahn station.
Living in the apartment are two full-time working girls, so they're not home during the day. Our schedules usually conflict so we don't cross paths much, but they're still nice to talk to :) So if you're looking for a temporary living situation for the rest of September, please shoot me a message with a brief description about you.
