Das Zimmer ist gut geschnitten und durch die zwei Fenster sehr hell - vor allem nachmittags und abends bekommt man noch einiges an Sonne. Es geht zwar zur Straße raus und vormittags kann es mal etwas lauter werden, da direkt gegenüber eine Schule ist, ansonsten ist die Straße selbst aber wenig befahren und relativ ruhig.
Der PVC-Boden zieht sich leider durch unsere ganze WG, darf aber auch in Eigenarbeit ausgetauscht werden.
Das Zimmer ist soweit unmöbliert, das Sofa und der Schrank können aber bei Bedarf ohne Zuzahlung übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung hat ein großes Badezimmer mit Duschen, Waschbecken und Toiletten und zusätzlich ein Gäste WC. Die Küche ist sehr geräumig, hat Couch, Sessel und viele Pflanzen und somit auch gleichzeitig unser Wohnzimmer und Treffpunkt in der WG. Waschmaschinen stehen im Untergeschoss zu Verfügung. Ein Fahrradkeller ist auch da.

The room is well cut and very bright because of the two windows - especially in the afternoons and evenings. It leads out to the street and in the morning it can get a little louder, as there is a school directly opposite, but otherwise the street itself is not very busy and relatively quiet.
The PVC floor unfortunately runs through our whole shared flat, but can also be replaced if you fancy doing so.
The room is so far unfurnished, but the sofa and the wardrobe can be taken over without additional payment.
The apartment has a large bathroom with showers, washbasins and toilets as well as a guest toilet. The kitchen is very spacious, has a couch, armchair and many plants and thus also our living room and meeting place in the WG. Washing machines are available in the basement. There is also a bicycle cellar.
Die Wohnung ist mit U-Bahn und Bussen um die Ecke sehr gut angebunden - innerhalb von 10 Minuten ist man am Nollendorfplatz (U1, U2, U3, U4) oder der Kurfürstenstraße (U1, U3), außerdem fahren noch eine Vielzahl an Bussen in unterschiedliche Himmelsrichtungen.
Die TU ist außerdem mit dem Fahrrad in knapp 10 Minuten zu erreichen, an der FU ist man mit der U1 und U3 auch innerhalb von 30 Minuten vergleichsweise schnell.
Wer gerne joggen oder spazieren geht hat außerdem den Tiergarten und Gleisdreieckpark direkt um die Ecke. Zum Einkaufen ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten bei Edeka, Alnatura, Lidl, Rewe, Netto, einem Getränkeladen und türkischem Supermarkt.

The apartment is very well connected with underground and buses around the corner - within 10 minutes you can reach Nollendorfplatz (U1, U2, U3, U4) or Kurfürstenstraße (U1, U3), in addition there are many buses in different directions.
The TU can also be reached by bicycle in about 10 minutes, at the FU the U1 and U3 are comparatively fast within 30 minutes.
Those who like jogging or going for a walk will also find the Tiergarten and Gleisdreieckpark right around the corner. For shopping one is within 10 minutes at Edeka, Alnatura, Lidl, Rewe, Netto, a beverage shop and a Turkish supermarket.
Wir sind eine relativ große Studierenden-WG und legen viel Wert auf ein gutes Zusammenleben. Unter der Woche studieren oder arbeiten wir zwar alle, hängen aber trotzdem gerne noch abends gemeinsam in der Küche herum, kochen/trinken/spielen (z.B. Wizzard und Andor) etwas zusammen oder unternehmen etwas am Wochenende.
Privatsphäre kann man aber natürlich trotzdem haben und nehmen in dieser Hinsicht auch Rücksicht aufeinander.
Bei sechs Leuten ist natürlich auch klar, dass nicht immer alle Zeit haben - die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass sich irgendwer auf einen Tee, Wein / Weißwein Schorle oder ähnliches findet ist aber sehr hoch.
Und jetzt zu uns:
Nathalie hört gerade am liebsten India.Arie und backt gerne mit Aaron (der leider auszieht), am liebsten Schokoladen Babka und Zitronenkuchen.
Kathi ist immer noch nicht über die letzte Staffel Game of Thrones hinweg und beschäftigt sich in der Uni mit der Schnittstelle zwischen Rechtsextremismus und Antifeminismus.
Pascal kocht extremst gut (Nathalies Favorit ist seine Kapstadt Pizza) und hat die ansteckendste Lache der Welt.
Christina macht viel Sport, am liebsten Tanzen und Yoga, und geht gern ins Theater und Ballett.
Finn ist gerade neu eingezogen und immer für einen Plausch zu haben.
Abwesend sind gerade Matthias (Lebemann und Sonnenschein) und Caro (ist gerade Pinguine markieren).
Dementsprechend würden wir uns eine Person wünschen, die Lust hat sich einzubringen und für die Wohnen auf freundschaftlich-familiärer Basis stattfindet.

We are a relatively large student WG and really good friends with each other. We all study or work during the week, but still like to hang out in the kitchen in the evening, cook/drink/play games (Wizzard and Andor) or go out during the weekends.
This doesn't mean that you can't have your privacy of course;)
With six people it is also clear that not everyone always has time - but the probability that someone will join you for tea, wine or something similar is very high.
And now a little bit about us:
Nathalie loves to listen to India.Aria and loves to bake with Aaron (who unfortunately moves out), especially chocolate Babka and lemon cake.
Kathi still tries to get over the last season of Game of Thrones and is working at university on the intersection between right-wing extremism and anti-feminism.
Pascal cooks extremely well (Nathalie's favorite is his Cape Town pizza) and has the most infectious laugh in the world.
Christina does a lot of sports, preferably dancing and yoga, and likes to go to the theatre and ballet.
Finn has just moved in and is always available for a chat.
Absent at the moment are Matthias (personified sunshine) and Caro (is researching penguins near the Antarctica).
Das Zimmer ist deshalb so unschlagbar günstig, weil es sich dabei um ein Wohnheim des Studierendenwerks handelt und auch wenn wir explizit keine klassische Wohnheim-Zweck-WG sind, musst du, um hier einzuziehen, an einer der Berliner Unis Student*in sein.

The room is so cheap because it is a student residence of the Studierendenwerk and so you must be a student at one of the universities in order to move in here.
