Das Zimmer überzeugt durch seine Kompaktheit mit seinem altbau-typischen hohen Decken. Obwohl es nur 12qm sind, reicht der Platz aus, wenn man ihn sinnvoll nutzt. Ich habe das letzte 3/4 Jahr drin gewohnt, ich weiß wovon ich spreche.
Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut. In kurzen Wegen zwischen 3-10 Minuten hat man alles was das Herz begehrt, inklusive S-Bahn Schöneberg, U9, 8 und 6. Die Buße 104,187,106,204,M46,M48 und M85 sind alle nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es von Rewe bis Lidl, von Döner bis Sushi😉
In der Wohnung wohnen neben dir noch zwei weitere. Vincent (27) arbeiten im Weekend am Alexanderplatz und Paul (26) sieht man eher sehr sporadisch mal.
Vincent ist immer für einen Blauch zu haben, auch gemeinsames Kochen oder einen gemeinsamen Spieleabend lehnt er nicht ab. 😊
