Our beautiful apartment is on the fourth floor of a typical Berlin "Altbau"
building.
It is very bright and quiet, with high ceilings, hardwood floors, and large
windows. It has a fully equipped kitchen/living area , a spacious bathroom with
shower and a bath with whirlpool.
For those who are interested in music, we also have an grand piano which loves to be played :)
We have also an office available in the flat that can also be rented.
The apartment is located very centrally, in the lively Nollendorfkiez, the heart
of Schöneberg: only a few hundred meters away from all the bars,
restaurants, and cafes near Winterfeldtplatz. The well-known Akazienstraße
and Goltzstraße as well as the famous KaDeWe and Kurfürstendamm are
short walking distance away.
Within 5 minutes walk you find a big Supermarket (EDEKA), which is open
every day 24/6 except Sundays.
Other supermarkets and various organic shops are close by as well....
Every Saturday you can stroll the loveliest market with fresh, local products.
You will share this flat with me and my flatmate. We are both professionals
(film producer and psychotherapist) and are mostly working during the day.
The flat is large enough (130m2) for anyone to have a private quiet space of
their own. If you want some company you are more than welcome to join us
for a chat over coffee or glass of wine. We would be happy to share with you
all our insider tips and our secret favorite places in Berlin.
