Es ist eine schöne ruhig gelegene Altbauwohnung mit zwei Zimmern in Schöneberg. Das Zimmer ist 17qm und möbiliert. Bevor ich verlasse mache ich alles sauber und Schranken leer, damit du dich wohl fühlen kannst.
Gute Verkehrsanbindung u7 Eisenacher Straße(2min), Bus Linien M48/M85/187/104/106 sind 6 min und S1 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. In der Nahe gibt es Rewe, Edeka, Lidl, Aldi und Penny. Akazienstraße ist 1 min Entfernt.
Du wirst mit meine freundliche Mitbewonerin Kami leben, die 23 Jahre alt ist. Sie ist Studentin und hat viele Klausuren. Deswegen verbringt sie die Zeit meistens im ihren Zimmer mit Lernen. Sie mag plaudern beim Kochen und ich finde sie eigentlich sehr witzig. In dieser Wohnung hat jede eigene Platz, wenn man braucht.
Sie kann Deutsch, Russisch, Englisch, Türkisch, Usbekisch und Japanisch.
Ich bin eine Medizinstudentin und für ein Monat fliege ich zurück nach Heimatland. Meine Miete kostet auch 450 Euro. Ich kann auch gerne meine Mietvertrag zeigen. Besuch ist möglich.
