The apartment is on the first floor, has a total of 4 rooms, the room for rent is 22 m2.
The room is fully furnished. East facing, sunny all morning and into the early afternoon.
The apartment features a spacious , fully furnished kitchen.
The bathroom too is fully equipped with towels, blow dryer and ample space to put your stuff. It has dayllght !
The rent includes electricity, excellent internet access, central heating, bed linen, towels, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, etc.
I am from a big and international family myself and have lived in varius countries and flatshares, and enjoy meeting young people from anywhere in the world. But I am not likely to go partying with you, as I am in my 50s :)
Public transport from here is absolutely great:

I am female, I work from the flat. I usually travel a lot for work ( not in times of COVID19). I also live at another flat with my partner, so I'm often not at the flat.
