Da ich Dezember nicht in Berlin bin, biete ich hier mein Zimmer in Berlin Schöneberg zur Zwischenmiete.
Das Zimmer ist ca 14 qm Groß und mit Bett, Schreibtisch und Regal möbliert. Alle meine Sachen liegen auf der Hochebene, ihr könnt euch also nach belieben ausbreiten. Es liegt zu einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, Decken sind mit 3 Metern angenehm hoch.
Die Wohnung verfügt außerdem über eine große Küche mit Gasherd, Spülmaschine, großem Esstisch, Couch und Stühlen sowie ein Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine.
WLAN ist logischer Weise vorhanden, außerdem kann der Monitor, der im Zimmer steht, gerne genutzt werden.
Rauchen ist in der Küche möglich, im Zimmer bitte nicht.

Since I wont be in Berlin in December I'm subletting my Room in Schöneberg for that Period of Time.
The Room is approx. 14 Square-meters and has a Bed, Desk und a Shelf in it. All my stuff is on the splitlevel-thingy so you're free to use all of the Furniture for your stuff. It's relatively quiet since its facing a small street and ceiling is rather high with 3 Meters.
The Apartment also has a Big Kitchen with Gas-stove, Dishwasher, Couch, Big Table and Chairs and a Bathroom with Tub and Washing machine.
Wifi is available and you can use the Display thats on the Desk.
Smoking is okay in the kitchen but not in the Room itself.
Lage ist sehr zentral in Schöneberg zwischen U-Bahn Kufürstenstraße (U1, 3-4 min) und U-Bülowstraße (U2, 2 min).
Gleisdreieckpark ist in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar, es gibt im Umkreis von 400 Metern ca. 5 Spätis, diverse Döner, Falavel, Pizza, Asiaten, Eckkneipen und einen Rewe.
S-Bahn Yorkstraße sind zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten und es fahren diverse Busse um die Ecke. Man kommt außerdem so gut wie überall in Berlin schnell hin. Insgesamt sehr komfortabel.

Location is very central in Schöneberg. You can reach U-Bahn Kufürstenstraße (U1) in 3-4 Min and U-Bahn Bülowstraße (U2) in 2 Min. S-Bahn Yorkstraße is 10 min away and theres a bunch of Busses going around the Corner.
Also Gleisdreieck-Parc is just 5 min away and within a radius of 400 Meters you'll find 5 Spätis, multiple Döners, Falavel, Asian, Burger, Pubs and a Rewe. Very comfortable altogether!
Deine Mitbewohner für Dezember wären Daniel und David, beides entspannte Zeitgenossen, die mehr oder weniger fleißig am Studieren sind. Daniel zieht zum 1.1. aus und es wird dann ab Januar wahrscheinlich eine Brasilianerin mit einziehen.
Das Zusammenleben kann man insgesamt wohl als ungezwungen und entspannt beschreiben, man trifft sich ab und zu in der Küche und Quatscht ne Runde, aber es sind auch alle viel mit ihren eigenen Dingen beschäftigt und man hätte entsprechend auch seine Ruhe.
Eine Party WG ist es nicht und soll es auch nicht werden. Eher ein entspanntes und unkompliziertes Zusammenleben ohne viel Planung.. Was sich ergibt, ergibt sich, wer seine Ruhe haben will, kann das auch.

Your Roommate for December would be David and Daniel. They're both chill and friendly and both Studying. Daniel's moving out in January and there's probably gonna be a Brasilian Girl that'll move in then.
Atmosphere overall is chill and relaxed, definitely not a Party Flat.
We sometimes randomly meet up in the Kitchen for some chatting but everyone's also quite busy with their own stuff so you'd definitely have your own space. Whatever happens, happens basically.
Would prefer someone who's not too Busy partying.
