Die freien Zimmer sind ca. 12 bzw 13 qm groß, gehen zum Hinterhof raus. Die Quadratmeter-Zahlen klingen vielleicht nicht viel – aber zusammen mit unseren großen Gemeinschaftsflächen wirst du viel Platz haben :)
Die Miete wird zwischen 550 und 600 Euro betragen. Uns ist bewusst, dass das happig ist. Die Wohnung ist leider nicht günstig. Auch aus diesem Grund sind wir bemüht, die Miete fair und solidarisch auf alle Mitbewohner*innen zu verteilen.
Es wird auch ein weiteres Zimmer frei. Es ist ähnlich groß und hat seine Fenster ebenso zum Hinterhof.
Wir wohnen in einer wunderschönen und großen Altbauwohnung. Wir haben ein großes Wohn- und Arbeitszimmer, in dem alle einen Arbeitsplatz haben können und in dem wir auch chillen wollen. Außerdem haben wir eine große Küche, die sich ebenfalls bestens für gemeinsame Zeit eignet.
Da wir selbst noch nicht lange hier wohnen, bietet die Wohnung reichlich Gestaltungsraum. Wenn du also auch Lust hättest, bei Küche, Flur usw. gestalterisch und baulich mitzuwirken, würde uns das sehr freuen.

The free rooms are about 12 or 13 square metres, going out to the backyard. The square metre numbers may not sound much - but together with our large common areas you will have plenty of space :)
The rent will be between 550 and 600 euros. We are aware that this is a lot. Unfortunately, the flat is not cheap. For this reason, we try to distribute the rent fairly and in solidarity with all flatmates.
There is also another room available. It is similar in size and also has windows facing the backyard.
We live in a beautiful and large flat in an old building. We have a large living room and study where everyone can have a workspace and where we also want to chill. We also have a large kitchen, which is also perfect for spending time together.
Since we haven't lived here long ourselves, the flat offers plenty of design space. So if you would also like to help with the design and construction of the kitchen, hallway, etc., we would be very happy.
Die Wohnung ist in Schöneberg zwischen den U-Bahnhöfen Bayerischer Platz und Berliner Straße. Die Linien U4/7/9 sind also in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Auch die Ringbahn ist nur eine U-Bahnstation von uns entfernt. Der Volkspark Wilmersdorf ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es reichlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - aus irgendeinem Grund zum Beispiel übermäßig viele Bäckereien. (Leider ist die Späti-Dichte eher gering.)

The flat is in Schöneberg between the underground stations Bayerischer Platz and Berliner Straße. The U4/7/9 lines are therefore only a few minutes away. The Ringbahn is also only one underground station away. The Volkspark Wilmersdorf is a few minutes' walk away. There are plenty of shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity - for some reason, for example, there are an excessive number of bakeries. (Unfortunately, the Späti density is rather low).
Zu uns:
In der WG wohnen Maxim, Lea und Marcel. Wir sind alle Anfang 30 und seit dem Studium miteinander befreundet. Wir sind Fans linker Bewegungen und sind schwerpunktmäßig aktiv in den Bereichen Feminismus und Recht auf Stadt. Wir engagieren uns für die Vergesellschaftung großer Wohnungskonzerne, supporten den von Frauen und Queers und beschäftigen uns mit feministischer Literatur. Außerdem mögen wir Dinge wie Podcasts, Fahrradfahren, Reisen, Bouldern und ausgiebige Spaziergänge im Park. Wir lohnarbeiten als Lehrkräfte bzw. Dozierende.
WG-Leben:
Wir sind Mitte November in die Wohnung gezogen und haben Bock auf gemeinschaftliches bzw. freund*innenschaftliches Zusammenleben. Das bedeutet für uns unter anderem gemeinsames Abhängen und Essen und natürlich Küchenkommunismus. Gut möglich, dass in den nächsten Jahren auch ein Kind Teil der WG werden wird, das dann sehr gerne die Vorteile des kollektiven Zusammenlebens kennenlernen darf.

About us:
We are Maxim, Lea and Marcel. We are all in our early 30s and have been friends since we were students. We are fans of left movements and are mainly active in the areas of feminism and the right to the city. We are committed to the socialisation of large housing corporations, support the movement of women and queers and are involved with feminist literature. We also like things like podcasts, cycling, travelling, bouldering and extensive walks in the park. We do paid work as teachers and lecturers.
Shared flat life:
We moved into the flat in mid-November and are keen on living together as a community or as friends. For us, that means hanging out and eating together and, of course, kitchen communism. It's quite possible that a child will also become part of the flat-sharing community in the next few years, who will then be very happy to get to know the advantages of living together collectively.
