Hi! Ich vermiete mein Zimmer in meiner WG in Berlin sehr spontan unter, da ich in der Zeit ein Engagement habe. Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock. Das Zimmer hat 17m2 und ist durch das große Fenster schön hell.
Es ist zu einer ruhigen Seitenstraße ausgerichtet und ist voll möbliert.
Die Wohnung liegt am S Bahnhof Schöneberg und somit sehr zentral (Ringbahn: S42, S41, S46). Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt um die Ecke (M46 Zoo/Hbf). Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheken etc. sind füßläufig schnell zu erreichen.
Du wirst mit Corinna, Joelle und Jessica zusammenwohnen. Corinna ist Pianistin/ Komponistin und ihre Tochter Joelle angehende Studentin für Film. Jessica arbeitet ebenfalls im Bereich Film.
Sie sind angenehm, unkompliziert und ordentlich :-).
Die Wohnung hat neben einer gemütlichen Küche, einem Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne und einem Abstell- und Vorratsraum noch ein Wohnzimmer, sowie einen Balkon zu bieten.
Die Miete beträgt im Monat 450€. Je nachdem wie lange du bleiben möchtest würde sich der entsprechende Preis ergeben.
