100meter u kleistpark. Mit u7 und 5 Buslinien. S1 500 Meter. (Je nach Richtung yorkstr/großgörschenstr oder juliusleber Richtung wannsee
Ein Mensch und ein Kater. Bisher kam ich mit allen 6 Mitbewohnern der letzten 15 jahre gut zurecht.
- alle sind ein bis zu 3 Jahren geblieben.
Und mit den meisten noch in engem Kontakt.
Das ist weniger als wg gedacht, sondern eher als Zimmer für gelegentliche Nutzung. Preislich bin ich sehr flexibel, je nach Nutzung. Unter 200€ inkl wären albern.
Z..B. 4 Nächte die Wochen schlafen oder die Wochenenden hier verbringen wären günstiger als den Schwerpunkt hier zu haben
