Da ich einen Monat im Urlaub bin würde ich gerne mein Zimmer vermieten. Das Zimmer ( 22 qm) ist wie der Rest der Wohnung vollständig möbliert. Auf dem Bild ist noch ein Schreibtisch zu sehen, der steht nicht mehr in dem Zimmer, der Rest ist aber wie auf den Bildern. Alle meine persönlichen Gegenstände werden ich rausräumen und nur die Möbel hinterlassen. Wir sind zu zweit auf 80 qm, Claudia ist aber nur 2 Tage die Woche in der Wohnung, da sie noch teilweise in Jena wohnt.
Wir haben eine große Wohnküche (22qm), die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man so braucht. Das Bad ist modern eingerichtet und hat eine große Dusche mit einer Badewanne.
In der Miete ist alles also Heizung, Strom und Internet enthalten.

Since I'm on vacation for a month, I would like to rent out my room. The room (22 sqm) is fully furnished like the rest of the apartment. In the picture you can still see a desk, it is no longer in the room, but the rest is as in the pictures. I will clear out all of my personal belongings and leave only the furniture. There are two of us in 80 square meters, but Claudia is only in the apartment three days a week because she still lives part of the time in Jena.
We have a large kitchen-living room (22sqm) that is equipped with everything you need. The bathroom is modernly furnished and has a large shower with a bathtub.
Everything is included in the rent: heating, electricity and internet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Leberstraße in Schöneberg in einer 30er Zone und ist dementsprechend relativ ruhig. Die S1 und zahlreiche Busse (204,104,106) fahren 1 Minute entfernt und die Ringbahn ist eine Station entfernt.
Die Anbindung ist perfekt, Mehringdamm und Potsdamer Platz sind 10 Minuten entfernt, der Alex 20 Minuten.
Zudem fahren der M85 und M48 5 Minuten entfernt. Ein Edeka befindet sich eine Minute und Aldi, DM
und Rossmann sind 5 Minuten entfernt. In der Gegend gibt es den Cherusker Park, den Victoria Park und den neuen Gleisdreieck Park.
In der Gegend gibt es viele nette Bars, Restaurants und Cafes, die Akazienstraße ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß
entfernt.
Sonst gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Boulderhalle, eine Beachvolleyballhalle, Yogastudios und Fitnessstudios.
Insgesamt handelt es sich eher um eine gemütliche Gegend für junge Familien und StudentInnen.

The apartment is located on Leberstraße in Schöneberg in a 30 zone. The S1 and numerous buses (204,104,106) drive 1 minute away and the circular train is one stop away.
The connection is perfect, Mehringdamm and Potsdamer Platz are 10 minutes away, the Alex 20 minutes.
The M85 and M48 are also 5 minutes away. An Edeka is a minute and Aldi, DM
and Rossmann are 5 minutes away. In the area there is Cherusker Park, Victoria Park and the new Gleisdreieck Park.
There are many nice bars, restaurants and cafes in the area, and Akazienstrasse is a 10-minute walk
removed.
Otherwise there is a bouldering hall, a beach volleyball hall, yoga studios and fitness studios in the immediate vicinity.
Overall, it is more of a cozy area for young families and students.
Claudia ist gerade erst frisch eingezogen, daher gibt es noch kein WG-Leben. Da sie aber nur 3 Tage der Woche in Berlin ist, wirst du größtenteils alleine in der Wohnung sein.

Claudia has just moved in, so there is no roommate life yet. Since she is only in Berlin 3 days a week, you will mostly be alone in the apartment.
