Das Zimmer besteht aus einem Hochbett, das seinesgleichen sucht, einen großen, hohen Einbauschrank, der ein wahres Raumwunder ist, schöne Dielen und ist durch seine imense Raumhöhe sehr wohnlich. Das Zimmer wird unmöbiliert vermietet. Auf das Hochbett passt max. eine 160er Matratze.
The room comes with a cozy bunkbed, a large cupboard, beautiful wooden floor and high cealing. It is rendet unfurnished.
Die Wohnung und damit auch dein Zimmer liegt sehr zentral. Du bist an der Grenze zu Kreuzberg und durch die Anbindung S1 und S2, sowie U7 direkt vor der Haustür auch sonst überall schnell. In der direkten Nähe gibt es viele Imbisse, Restaurants, einen Baumarkt und viele Supermärkte, Bäckerein und einen Markt jeden Mittwoch und Samstag und der Park am Gleisdreieck ist gleich um die Ecke.
The flat is located on the boarder to Kreuzberg, it has very good access to public transport (S1,S2, U7), there are many restaurants, supermarkets, a farmers marks every Wednesday and Friday, a hardware store and the Park am Gleisdreieck.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt drei Zimmer und einen Balkon. Die Hauptmieterin ist Sofia. Sie ist Fotografin und hat sich sich auf Glamour und Bodoir Shootings spezialisiert. Sofia arbeitet ca. 8mal pro Monat in der Wohnung als Fotografin. Dafür hat sie zwei der insgesamt drei Zimmer zu ihrem Atelier gemacht. Du mietest also ein Zimmer in der Wohnung und hast die Küche und Bad quasi für dich allein. Wenn sie nicht da ist, kannst du auch den Balkon nutzen, der an eines ihrer Zimmer grenzt. Anfang des Monats schickt dir Sofia einen Monatsüberblick darüber, wann sie Fotoshootings hat. Während der Shootings kannst du natürlich in der Wohnung sein. Insgesamt ist die Kommunikation mit ihr sehr gut.
The flat is rendet by a photographer who specializes on glaomour and bodoir shootings. She comes to work in the flat around 8 times a month. Her atelier is in two of the three rooms of the flat. In the beginning of each month she sends you an overview over her shootings. When she is not working in the flat you can use the balcony which is attched to one of her rooms.
Ich ziehe aus, da ich spontan eine eigene Wohnung gefunden habe. Zwar ist die Wohnkonstellation eher Zeck-WG-mäßig - allerdings ist ihr ein vertrauensvolles und offenes Verhältnis wichtig. Du zahlst im Monat 450 Euro. In dem Preis ist alles einberechnet.
Besichtigungen finden am 27. Oktober ab 15 uhr statt - ich schreibe dir eine konkrete Uhrzeit.
Bei der Besichtigung wird nur Sofia da sein.
I leave the flat because I found a place of my own. My relationship to Sofia was always based on trust, very open and friendly. The rent of 450 Euros includes all costs.
