The two rooms to rent are in a dreamy and classic Berlin-style Alt-Bau with high ceilings, antique trimming, parquet floors, and efficient gas heating.
For you, there is one cozy bedroom, which walks through to your own private sitting room with bay windows that overlook the quaint residential corner upon which the apartment sits.
Both rooms would be yours exclusively, as will the balcony.
Downstairs is a renowned, cozy wine bar that is candlelit and festive— easily accessible and perfect for conversing, reading, and flirting during the coldest Berlin nights ;)
The 106/104 bus stop is across the street, which connects you, by two stops either way, to Südkreuz and Julius-Leber-Brücke.
Around the area are various cafés and ethnic eateries—including the best Korean food we've had in Berlin—and the Schöneberg-famous Mehlstübchen to provide you with your perfect German breakfast every morning.
You will be sharing the flat with Tim, a talented designer and dedicated student who has lived here for many years, leaving his mark of design on multiple hand-crafted fixtures such as the bed frame and kitchen top.
The kitchen is fully equipped and well maintained, even with an espresso machine.
Let's not overlook the jungle of monsteras and philodendrons that fortify the double-paned windows against the frigid winter outside.
The bathroom has a bathtub and *very* hot water for evening baths.
For ~three months, this could be your oasis to brave the bleakness from December through February— potentially flexible move-out. We welcome creatives, writers, thinkers, and lovers of life to take over our sublease for this time.
The rooms come partly-furnished with a bed, dresser, clothes rack, and armchair. There is the possibility to take over the green velvet futon couch and writing table for a fee.
Couples are absolutely welcome
