Da ich meine WG wegen Praktikum verlassen muss, biete ich mein möbliertes 15qm Zimmer in einer 2er WG in Schöneberg zur Zwischenmiete für den Zeitraum 16.04.2022 bis 30.09.2022. Das Zimmer ist rechteckig, hell und möbliert mit Bett, Beistelltisch, Schrank, Schreibtisch sowie Stuhl. Zur Gemeinschaftsnutzung verfügt die Wohnung, neben Küche und Bad mit Badewanne, über ein großes Wohnzimmer mit TV und Balkon. Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

I am subletting my 15sqm furnished room in a nice flat in Schöneberg from 16/04/2022 until 30/09/2022. The room is rectangular, bright and has a bed, a side table, a closet, a desk, and a chair. The flat has a bathroom with a tub, a kitchen with a washing machine and a big living room with a big TV and a balcony that you will be sharing with my flatmate Nadia (26).
Die Lage ist direkt am Ring und somit sehr praktisch und zentral. Die Wohnung liegt 5mn Laufweg entfernt vom Innsbrucker Platz. Somit sind Anbindungs- (Ring + S-Bahn + U4 + Busse) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe (Lidl in 5mn, REWE 10mn).

The flat is located at the Ring, 5mn walk away from Innsbrucker Platz, so a practical and central location. Public Transport (Ring + S-Bahn + U4 + Bus) and supermarkets (Lidl) are just around the corner (5mn walk).
Du wirst die WG mit der lieben Nadia (26) teilen. Nadia studiert im fünften Mastersemester Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen an der TU Berlin. In ihrer Freizeit trifft sie sich gerne mit Freunden und ist immer zu haben, wenn es darum geht die Stadt zu erkunden und ihre kulinarische Vielfalt zu genießen. Sie geht auch gerne ins Kino oder zu Konzerten und freut sich, jemanden zu finden der gerne ab und zu mitmacht.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt. Ab und zu wird zusammen gekocht oder auch bei einem Kaffee gern ausgetauscht. Unsere Wohnung bietet sich mit dem großen Wohnzimmer auch für Film- oder Spielabende an. Natürlich kann man auch jederzeit seine Tür schließen und seine Ruhe haben.

You will be sharing the flat with my lovely flatmate Nadia (26). Nadia is in her fifth semester of Industrial Engineering and management (Master) at the TU Berlin. In her my free time, she enjoys meeting friends, discovering the city and its culinary diversity. She also enjoys going to the cinema and to concerts and would be happy to find someone who joins her from time-to-time.
We also enjoy cooking together and discuss around a coffee in our big living room, which is also perfect for a movie night and some casual Netflix. Of course, one can always go to his/her room to enjoy some alone-time.
Das Zimmer wird nur an Nichtraucher vermietet. Es wird viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung gelegt und erwartet, dass sich rücksichtvoll verhält. Eine Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich.
Die Miete beträgt 550€/Monat und beinhaltet alle Kosten (Wasser, Strom, Heizung, Internet, GEZ). Eine Kaution in Höhe von 500€ ist außerdem fällig.

The room is only for non-smokers. Cleanliness and Tidiness are very important for us. Registration is unfortunately not possible.
The rent is 550€/Month and includes all expenses (Water, Electricity, Heating, Internet and GEZ). The Deposit is 500€.
