Hello Everyone. I'm looking for someone (woman) who is preferably a student or someone who is younger (18 - 27)and who pays attention to cleanliness and is reliable. I'm renting a furnished, beautifu,l and bright room in a quiet and
relaxed neighborhood of Schoeneberg. The room is Big and spacious with big windows. The room is fully furnished ( bed, a cosy mattress, blankets, pillows, storage unit study table is included). The other room will be my room.
The two-room apartment contains a modern bathroom with a bathtub as well. the kitchen is fully equipped, washing machine is provided.
The apartment is located in a central location right opposite to Grunewaldstraße Bus stop and the U7 is just a 2 minute walk, the U4 is just 5 min walk from the apartment. There is Penny supermarket right beside the apartment. TK Maxx, Rewe, ALDI, dm all in a 5 min walk. Netto is just5 min walk. There are many Doner, Resutrants and clubs in walking distance.
I am looking for someone who is clean and neat and responsible and maintains the room and respects the house rules ( ventilation, silent hours etc). The location is very convenient as it is located in the heart of the city. I'm looking only for a woman so please feel to contact me if you're interested :)
