Hi, ich ziehe schneller als gedacht in meine erste eigene Wohnung und bis meine Mitbewohnis jemensch gefunden haben, soll mein Zimmer nicht leer stehen. Es wird leider recht leer sein, weil ich meine Möbel mitnehme, aber das Hochbett bleibt auf jeden Fall und da packen wir eine unserer Gästematratzen rauf. Die Gardine bleibt auch. Auch einen Tisch und Stuhl können wir organisieren, aber vielleicht hast du auch selbst Möbel.

Lage ist top -gleich am S+U Bahnhof Yorckstraße, Kleistpark ist auch um die Ecke, Potsdamer Platz...
Zur Versorgung gibt's in Laufnähe Lidel, Rewe, Bio-Company, Edeka.
Zum Chillen gibt's Kleistpark, Gleisdreickspark und Tiergarten, Tempelhofer Feld sind leicht mit den Rad erreichbar.
Die Zimmerfenster sind zum Hinterhof raus, also man wird keinen Straßenlärm hören, es gibt eine Schule, die man tagsüber hört. Die Sonne scheint von morgens bis mittags in dein Zimmer.
Ich verlasse 4 sehr nette Mitbewohner alles grade Berufsanfänger/innen, oder in einer Ausbildung. Sie singen und kochen gern, sind unterwegs und schätzen einen freundlichen Umgang sehr.
Noch zur Wohnung: es ist einen große Altbauwohnung ganz frisch saniert. Wir haben ein großes Bad, Riesen Wohnzimmer und auch recht große Küche, es gibt auch ein zweites WC, und einen Balkon, den man über ein Wg-Zimmer erreichen kann. Wir geben davon aus, dass du mit Sachen gut umgehst.
Ich würde gern mit dir Zoomen oder du kommst vorbei.
Ich habe eine kleine Kaution reingestellt, die ich haben möchte, wenn du das Zimmer zusagst, weil ich schon schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht habe, dass Leute kurzfristig abspringen. Wenn du dann da bist, kannst du die Kaution mit der Miete verrechnen, sodass du nicht mehr zahlst als nötig.
