Das schöne helle Zimmer ist ca. 19qm groß und wird wie abgebildet möbliert (oder auf Wunsch unmöbliert) vermietet werden. Es ist zum ruhigen Innenhof ausgerichtet und kriegt durch die Südost Ausrichtung viel Sonnenlicht.
Die Wohnung liegt im 4.Stock eines Altbaus ohne Aufzug und im Haus gibt es einen Fahrradkeller, der gerne mitbenutzt werden kann.

The beautiful bright room is about 19 square meters big and is furnished as shown in the pictures (if needed the room can also be unfurnished). The window looks out into the quiet courtyard and gets lots of sunlight due to its south-east orientation
The apartment is on the 4th floor of an old typical berlin building without an elevator and there is a room for bicycle storage in the cellar that can be used.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 2 Schlafzimmer und befindet sich in Schöneberg, im lebhaften Akazienkiez.
Es gibt viele Einkaufs- sowie Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind auch nicht weit entfernt (U-Bahn 4min, Bus 5min und S-Bahn 8min zu Fuß erreichbar).
Es gibt ein Stadtbad ganz in der Nähe und mehrere Wochenmärkte in der Umgebung.

The flat has two bedrooms altogether and is located in the inner city in Schöneberg in the lively Akazienkiez neighborhood.
There are many shops and restaurants close by and almost all types of public transport are accessible by foot within a few minutes.
There is a public swimming pool and a weekly market in the area.
Da dies meine erste eigene Wohnung ist habe ich noch keine WG-Erfahrung.
Ich würde mich über eine Mitbewohnerin(m/w/d) freuen, mit der jeder für sich sein kann, aber auch Gemeinsames möglich ist. Ich denke, das WG-Leben gestalten wir dann einfach wie es passt.

As this is my first own apartment, I so far do not have any prior experience with flat-sharing yet.
I would be very happy to have a flatmate where we can both do our own thing but still do stuff together sometimes.
I think you can't really plan daily life already, so we'll cross that bridge when we get to it.
Etwas mehr zu mir: Ich studiere Bioinformatik im 2. Semester an der FU. Ich bin eher der etwas ruhige und zurückhaltende Typ, so musst du aber aber absolut nicht sein.
Das Zimmer kann ab 01.08.22 oder auch später bezogen werden.
Solltest du Interesse haben, dann schreib doch gerne eine Nachricht in der du dich kurz vorstellst und wie ich dich kontaktieren kann. Bitte schreibe mir auch, für wie lange du das Zimmer mieten wollen würdest, also eher kurz- oder langfristig.
Wir machen dann wegen einer Besichtigung und eines Kennenlernens einen Termin aus.

A little bit about me: I study Bioinformatics at the FU and am in my second semester. I am a rather quiet person, but that doesn't mean you have to be as well.
