Helles Zimmer in traumhafter Wohnung in Schöneberg zu vergeben! Die Wohnung hat ein großes gemeinsames Wohn-/Esszimmer, eine voll eingerichtete Einbauküche und - vor allem - eine riesige, immer sonnige Dachterasse und zusätzlich noch eine überdachte Loggia. Dein Schlafzimmer als Rückzugsort ist zwar relativ klein, aber bietet genug Platz für Bett, Schrank und Schreibtisch o.ä. Dafür gibt es viel Platz in den Gemeinschaftsräumen und im Wohnzimmer gibt es auch einen Beamer für Filmabende. Es gibt auch eine Abstellkammer mit zusätzlichem Stauraum. Die ganze Wohnung ist durch die großen Fenster und die Lage im 5. OG sehr hell und die Dachterasse ist zu jeder Jahreszeit perfekt, um Sonnenstrahlen einzusammeln. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist 109 m² und dein Schlafzimmer ist ca. 15 m² groß. Bei Bedarf kann ich das Zimmer mit Bett, schrank und Schreibtisch möblieren (siehe Fotos). Das Zimmer ist frei vom 15. August oder 1. September bis Ende des Jahres. Möglicherweise kann sich dieser Zeitraum auch verlängern, aber das kann ich noch nicht versprechen.
Die Miete für das Zimmer setzt sich folgendermaßen zusammen: 837 € Kaltmiete + 140 € Nebenkosten/Heizung).
Außerdem fallen noch 71 € für Internet/Strom/GEZ an (gesamt 1048 € Fixkosten pro Monat).

Bright room in gorgeous apartment in Schöneberg for rent! The apartment has a large common living / dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and - most importantly - a huge, sunny roof top and additionally a loggia. Your bedroom is relatively small, but offers enough space for a bed, wardrobe and desk or something similar. However, , there is plenty of space in the common areas and in the living room there is also a projector for movie nights. There is also a store room with additional storage space. The whole apartment is very bright due to the large windows and the location on the 5th floor, and the roof top is perfect for catching sun rays at any time of the year. The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine.
The whole apartment measures 109 sq m and your bedroom is 15 m². The room is available from August 15th or September 1st until the end of the year. This period may potentially be extended, but I can't promise that yet.
The room is available either unfurnished or furnished with bed, dresser, and desk (as you prefer).
The rent for the room per month is 837 € plus 140 € for heating/utilities. Electricity, internet and GEZ are 71 € (total fixed costs 1048 € per month).
Die Lage im Akazienkiez bietet eine gute Mischung aus allem: Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr ruhig, aber eine Querstraße weiter in der Goltzstraße und Akazienstraße sind jede Menge Restaurants, Bars, Cafés, Bäckereien etc. Wenn man ein bisschen weiter läuft, kommt man zum Winterfeldtplatz und Nollendorfplatz oder zur lebendigen Potsdamer Straße. Das Viertel ist bunt und es gibt viele interessante Gebäude, kleine Parks usw. zu entdecken. Zum Einkaufen gibt es u.a. Edeka gegenüber oder Lidl ca. 5 min entfernt.
U Eisenacher Str. und U Kleistpark (U7) sind jeweils 5 min zu Fuß entfernt und U Nollendorfplatz (U1/2/3/4) ca. 10 min.

The location in the Akazienkiez offers a good mix of everything: The apartment itself is very quiet, but on the next street (Goltzstraße and Akazienstraße) there are lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, bakeries etc. If you walk a bit further, you can get to Winterfeldtplatz and Nollendorfplatz or to the lively Potsdamer Straße. The neighborhood is colorful and there are many interesting buildings, small parks, etc. to discover. For groceries Edeka is across the street or Lid isl about 5 min away.
U Eisenacher Str. and U Kleistpark (U7) are both 5 min walking distance and U Nollendorfplatz (U1/2/3/4) about 10 min.
Auch wenn es sich voraussichtlich um eine begrenzte Zwischenmiete handelt, fände ich es schön, wenn das ganze über eine reine Zweck-WG hinausgeht. Mit meinem jetzigem Mitbewohner kochen wir z.B. ein paar mal pro Woche zusammen und ich fände es schön, das weiterzuführen. Ich arbeite als Arzt im Krankenhaus - meistens im Frühdienst aber auch im Nachtdienst oder an Wochenenden.
Ich spreche deutsch und englisch und lerne gerade spanisch.

Even though this is likely to be a temporaray arrangement, I would be happy if it goes beyond a "Zweck-WG". For example, with my current roommate we cook together a few times a week and I would like to see that to continue. I work as a physician in a hospital - mostly on early shifts but also on night shifts and on weekends.
I speak German and English and I am currently learning Spanish.
Die gesamte Wohnung wird ca. 2x im Monat von einer Putzhilfe gereinigt, so dass es keinen regulären Putzplan gibt. Reinlichkeit ist mir trotzdem wichtig, vor allem natürlich in Küche und Bad.
Besichtigungstermine würde ich in der Woche ab dem 18. Juli planen (bin gerade nicht in Berlin).

The whole apartment gets cleaned about 2x a month by a cleaning help, so there is no regular cleaning schedule for us. Cleanliness is nevertheless important to me, especially in the kitchen and bathroom.
I would schedule viewing appointments in the week starting July 18 (I am not in Berlin right now).
