WG Zimmer in wunderschöner Altbau-Wohnung

Hallohallo….

wir sind Anna, Antonia und Milan, alle eher Ende 20, Anfang 30 und suchen eine vierte Person für unsere WG in Schöneberg. Im April 2020 haben wir die WG in dieser wunderbar-komischen 160m2 Altbauwohnung in der Fuggerstraße gegründet und lieben unsere Bude allesamt sehr. Im August verlässt uns leider nach zwei Jahren unser vierter - sehr geliebter Mitbewohner, Julius, um zu seinem Traum-Zweitstudium über Urbanisation and Development nach London zu ziehen.
Pirmin zieht ab September oder Oktober bei uns ein. Und bis er kommt freuen wir uns darauf, ein oder zwei Sommermonate mit einer anderen vierten Person in unserer Wohnung zu verbringen.

Toni hat vor nicht allzu langer Zeit ihren Master in Architektur an der UdK fertig gemacht, will noch nicht richtig ins Vollzeit-Büroleben einsteigen und arbeitet deshalb im Moment frei in der Messebranche, wobei sie früher oder später (am besten erst wenn der Sommer in Berlin zu ende geht) wohl doch Lust auf Architektur hat. Vorzugsweise nicht die welt-zerstörerische und sozial-unverträgiche..

Anna arbeitet seit April 2020 im Architekturbüro, in dem sie gerade mit anderen eine Mitarbeiter*innen-Vertretung gegründet und sich für eine 80%- Stelle entschieden hat. Ansonsten findet man sie meistens auf dem Fahrrad, im Theater, neuerdings auf dem Tennisplatz, im Club, auf dem Feld und seit ihrem Geburtstag an ihrem neuen Grill auf unserem Balkon.

Milan ist vor zwei Jahren aus den Niederlanden nach Berlin gezogen und hat einen "Zwischenjob" angenommen (der nun schon seit zwei Jahren andauert). Er hat Grafikdesign und autonome Kunst studiert und ist nun damit beschäftigt, sich auf die Rückkehr in die Branche auszurichten. Als Hobby macht er elektronische Musik, arbeitet an seinem Portfolio und zockt hin und wieder gerne.

Wie wir sind - davon musst du dir selbst ein Bild machen! Fest steht, dass wir uns allesamt sehr gern haben, und wir trotz ein bisschen Trennungsschmerz auch viel Lust auf einen neuen Menschen in unserem Zusammenleben haben.

Das Zimmer, um das es geht, blickt durch ein großes Fenster auf einen sehr großen Baum (und dahinter auf den von uns heiß geliebten Matrix Motors Luxusauto-Shop), ist 17m2 groß und wird zum 1.8. frei. Der Rest der Wohnung (2.Stock, Nord-Süd Ausrichtung) besteht viel aus Gemeinschaftsfläche, es gibt einen Keller und Speicher, und auch sonst 2 recht spannende Gemeinschafts-Nebenräume (ist am leichtesten zu verstehen wenn man es sieht, freue dich drauf!).. Die Küche ist supergroß und wird gut frequentiert von uns allen genutzt, dann gibt es da auch noch eine recht intensiv begärtnerte Südterrasse, die direkt an die Küche anschließt. Die Warmmiete für das Zimmer ist 525€, da ist dann aber auch wirklich alles mit drin.
Der Nollendorf- und Winterfeldplatz sind nicht weit, die Anbindung in jedes andere Stadtteil aber natürlich auch großartig.

Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du hier vorbeischaust und/oder für ein Skype Zeit hast. Auch ein vorbeischauen + skypen ist eine mögliche Option.

we are Anna, Antonia and Milan, all rather late 20s, early 30s and looking for a fourth person for our WG in Schöneberg for the month of August (and September).
In April 2020 we started the WG in this wonderful-funny 160m2 old building apartment in Fuggerstraße and we all love our pad very much. In August, sadly, after two years, our fourth - much loved flatmate, Julius, is leaving us to move to London for his dream second degree in Urbanisation and Development. Pirmin will move in with us in September or October.
And in between, we are looking for someone to spend one or two summer month together with.

Toni finished her master's degree in architecture at the UdK not too long ago, but doesn't really want to get into full-time office life yet, so she's working freelance in the trade fair industry at the moment, although sooner or later (preferably when the summer in Berlin ends) she'll probably feel like architecture after all. Preferably not the world-destroying and socially-uncontractual kind....

Anna has been working in the architecture office since April 2020, where she has just founded a staff representation with others and decided to take an 80% position. Otherwise you can find her mostly on her bike, in the theater, lately on the tennis court, in the club, on the field and since her birthday at her new grill on our balcony.

Milan moved to Berlin from the Netherlands two years ago and took an "in-between" job (which has lasted for two years now). He studied graphic design and autonomous art and is now busy getting ready to return to the industry. As a hobby he makes electronic music, works on his portfolio and likes to gamble every now and then.

What we are like - you'll have to see for yourself! What is certain is that we all like each other very much, and despite a little pain of separation, we also have a lot of desire for a new person in our life together.

The room in question looks through a large window onto a very large tree (and behind it onto the Matrix Motors luxury car store that we love so much), is 17m2 in size and will be vacant on 1.8. The rest of the apartment (2nd floor, north-south orientation) consists a lot of common area, there is a basement and attic, and also otherwise 2 quite exciting common adjoining rooms (is easiest to understand when you see it, look forward to it!). The kitchen is super big and is well frequented by all of us, then there is also a quite intensively gardened south terrace, which is directly adjacent to the kitchen. The warm rent for the room is 520€, but then everything is really included.
The Nollendorf- and Winterfeldplatz are not far, but the connection to any other part of the city is of course also great.

We can offer desk, mattress, plants and lamps.

We would be happy if you stop by and/or have time for a Skype. Dropping by + skyping is also a possible option.
