Die ganze Wohnung ist ein Altbau, das heißt hohe Decken, Laminatfußboden, sogar ein bisschen Stuck an der Decke. Das Zimmer geht zum Hinterhof raus und hat morgens viel Sonne. Es ist voll ausgestattet mit einer Kommode, einem Schreibtisch und einem Bett. Da die Zwischenmiete dazu dient den Zeitraum zu überbrücken, bis ein Freund von mir einzieht, wird das Zimmer relativ leer sein du wirst viel Platz haben für deine Sachen. Außerdem gibt es großes Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad in gemeinschaftlicher Nutzung. Die ganze Wohung ist etwa 75qm groß.

The whole flat is in an old building (Altbau). That means high ceilings, laminate flooring, even a bit of stucco on the ceiling. The room faces the backyard and has a lot of sun in the morning. It is fully furnished with a chest of drawers, a desk and a bed. As the interim rental is to bridge the period until a friend of mine moves in, the room will be relatively empty and you will have plenty of space for your things. There is also a large living room, kitchen and shared bathroom. The whole apartment is about 75 square metres.
Die Wohnung befindet sich zwischen S-Bahnhof Julius-Leber-Brücke, Schöneberg und Südkreuz, direkt auf der schönen roten Insel. Somit hast du eine perfekte Anbindung an S-Bahnen in alle Himmelsrichtungen (S1, S2, S25 und Ring) und diverse Bussen (106, 205, M43 und vom Richard-von-Weizäcker-Platz auch M85, M48 und 187).
Es kann rund um die Uhr eingekauft werden (5 min. Entfernung), Späti und ein paar Bars/Cafés gibts auch und wir haben den schönen Cheruskerpark und das Gasometer direkt vor der Nase. In der Akazienstraße (ca. 10 min fußläufig) gibt's dann noch mehr Restaurants, viele Yoga-Studios und vieles mehr.

The flat is located between the Julius-Leber-Brücke S-Bahn station, Schöneberg and Südkreuz, directly on the beautiful red island. You have a perfect connection to the S-Bahn in all directions (S1, S2, S25 and Ring) and various buses (106, 205, M43 and from Richard-von-Weizäcker-Platz also M85, M48 and 187).
There is round-the-clock shopping (5 min. away), Späti and a few bars/cafés, and we have the beautiful Cheruskerpark and the Gasometer right under our noses. In Akazienstraße (approx. 10 min walk) there are more restaurants, many yoga studios and much more.
Mein Name ist Kevin, ich bin 30 Jahre alt, habe Politikwissenschaft hier in Berlin, Istanbul und Rio studiert und arbeite Vollzeit als Consultant in der Digitalszene. Ich werde arbeitsbedingt einen Monat in Madrid verbringen. Daher wirst du v.a. mit meinem Mitbewohner Colin zusammenleben. Er ist ein sehr ruhiger und netter Mensch. Er verbringt viel Zwit außerhalb aber ist super umgänglich und sauber.
Ich bin relativ busy unter der Woche aber in meiner Freizeit liebe ich es zu kochen, Yoga oder sonstigen Sport zu machen, Freunde zu treffen oder auch mal feiern zu gehen. Mit Käse und Wein kriegt man mich auf jeden Fall rum und ich hab ein paar Plantys, um die ich mich gern kümmere.
In der Wohnung selbst mag ich es eher ruhig und sauber, aber auf keinen Fall langweilig. Ansonsten mag ich ein entspanntes Zusammenleben, bei dem alles kann und nichts muss.

My name is Kevin, I'm 30 years old, I studied political science here in Berlin, Istanbul and Rio and I work full time as a consultant in the digital scene. I will spend a month in Madrid due to work. Therefore, you will live mainly with my roommate Colin. He is a very quiet and nice person. He spends a lot of time outside but is super sociable and clean.
I'm quite busy during the week but in my free time I love to cook, do yoga or other sports, meet friends or go out partying. You can definitely get me around with cheese and wine and I have a few planties that I like to take care of.
In the flat itself, I like it rather quiet and clean, but definitely not boring. Otherwise, I like a relaxed cohabitation where everything can and nothing has to.
