Das zu vermietende Zimmer hat 3 Meter hohe Decken und ist voll möbliert. Das Zimmer hat folgende Ausstattung:

- Kleiderschrank

- Bücherregal
- Bett
- Bettwäsche, Decke, Kissen, Handtücher
- Ganzkörper- und Schminkspiegel

Es ist alles vorhanden, sodass du nichts mehr besorgen musst.

Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank und Fernseher, wo alle Mädels zusammenkommen. Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett sind auch vorhanden.
Bitte keine Haustiere.
Das Badezimmer ist nagelneu und mit einer modernen begehbaren Dusche ausgestattet. Eine schnelle Internetleitung sorgt für ein optimales arbeiten, surfen oder einfach nur zum pflegen sozialer Kontakte.

Das Zimmer kostet 750€ inklusive Wasser, Strom, Internet und Rundfunk-Gebühren. Heizung ist nicht inklusive.

We have a room for rent in a flat with four other girls (females only). The whole flat is fully furnished.

There is everything you need.

There is a fully furnished eat-in kitchen including a washing machine, a refrigerator, a TV. Also included is an electric iron and an ironing board. No pets please.
The bath room is brand new with a shower that is even with the ground. There is a fast Internet connection, so that you are able to study or chat with family and friends.

The price for the room is 750 € which includes all utilities, except heating.


Lage
Die Lage ist sehr zentral gelegen, unmittelbar am S-Bahnhof Südkreuz (5 min) mit direkter Verbindung zur Yorckstr, zum Potsdamer Platz, Brandenburger Tor, Friedrichstr. und Gesundbrunnen. Im Bahnhof haben die Geschäfte (Supermarkt und Drogerie) sogar an den Sonntagen bis 22 Uhr geöffnet. Auch ist dieHauptstraße nicht weit, wo sich viele Restaurants, Bars und Cafés befinden. Es gibt einen Bus (M46) direkt vor der Tür, der beispielweise zum Kudamm, zum Zoo und zur Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht fährt (10 min). Die HWR ist nur 2,8 km entfernt, daher auch mit dem Fahrrad schnell erreichbar. Auch zur FU braucht man mit den öffentlichen nur 20 Minuten.

The location is in central Berlin. The train station S-Südkreuz is only 3 minutes away. This train has a direct connection to Yorckstr, to Potsdamer Platz, Brandenburger Tor, Friedrichstr and Gesundbrunnen. Within a walking distance there is the railway station where the supermarkest and drug stores are open even on Sundays until 10 pm. Hauptstraße is also not far, there you can find many different bars, restaurants and cafés. The Bus M46 gets you directly to Kudamm, Zoologischer Garten and HWR (Berlin School of Economics and Law). HWR is only 2,8 km away, which will take you only a few minutes by bike.
