Das Zimmer ist befristet zu vermieten, ist rund 30qm groß, sehr hell, hat Stuck, Flügeltüren und ist voll möbiliert.
WOHNUNG:
Insgesamt sind es 4 Zimmer mit Stuck, hohen Decken und einem Ostbalkon in typischen Berliner Charme. Aufgeteilt sind die Zimmer zwei Schlafzimmer ein Esszimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Balkon welche alle zur Verfüng stehen und genutz werden können und gerne auch sollen :). Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht um sich wohlzufühlen.
Da wir auch von zu Hause arbeiten haben wir schnelles Internet.
Eine Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich!!

We are renting out in our beautiful apartment a 30qm, fully furnished and bright room. For a limited amount of time!
APARTMENT:
The flat gas in total 4 rooms with stucco, high ceilings, and an east balcony in typical Berlin charm. The rooms are divided into two bedrooms - one which we are renting out, a dining room, and a living room with a balcony which is all available and can be used and should be used :). The apartment is completely furnished!
LAGE:
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem sehr schönen und gepflegten Altbau im Zentrum von Berlin Schöneberg; nicht weit von Berlin Mitte im Goltzkiez. Die nächste Metrostation in wenigen Metern erreichbar (z.B. U1, U2, U3, U7). Das Viertel besticht durch seinen sehr trendigen und farbenfrohen Stil. Charmante Cafés, Bars und Restaurants sind direkt vor der Tür.
LOCATION:
The room is located in a very nice and well-kept old building in the center of Berlin Schöneberg; not far from Berlin Mitte in the Goltzkiez. The nearest metro station is a few meters away (eg U1, U2, U3, U7). The neighborhood impresses with its very trendy and colorful style. Charming cafes, bars, and restaurants are right outside the door.
Wir sind beide berufstätig, arbeiten ab und zu von zu Hause aus und sind viel unterwegs und sind ein paar. Wenn wir abends nach Hause kommen wird meist gekocht etc. Es ist keine Zweck-WG oder Party WG.
