Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe vom S bhf Schöneberg und hat eine gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Von hier ist man schnell an den Unis ( FU, TU, HU, UdK) und ist schnell im Zentrum ( Mitte etc). In Schöneberg selbst gibt es viele Cafés, Bars und Restaurant und der schöne Akazienkiez ist zu Fuß innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

The apartment is located near the S bhf Schöneberg and has a good connection to public transport. From here you can quickly get to the universities (FU, TU, HU, UdK) and is quickly in the center (Mitte etc). In Schöneberg itself there are many cafes, bars and restaurants and the beautiful Akazienkiez is within 10 minutes walking distance.

El piso está cerca de la estación de Schöneberg y tiene buenas conexiones de transporte público. Desde aquí se llega rápidamente a las universidades (FU, TU, HU, UdK) y al centro de la ciudad (Mitte, etc.). En el mismo Schöneberg hay muchos cafés, bares y restaurantes, y se puede llegar a pie en 10 minutos a la hermosa Akazienkiez.

Du würdest mit mir, Paula, und Lukas zusammenwohnen. Ich hab bis vor kurzem in Spanien gelebt, bin jetzt wieder zurück und bereite mich gerade auf mein 1.Examen vor ( studiere Jura) ich bin also viel am lernen- entweder in der Uni oder zu Hause. Lukas ist gelernter Koch und ist ab Mittags jeden Tag bis Abends arbeiten. Da ich viel lernen muss aktuell und Lukas Vollzeit arbeitet geht es in unserer WG ruhig zu, wir treffen uns gerne auf ein Café oder Bier manchmal oder kochen zusammen, aber wir sind keine Party WG. Wenn du also auch arbeitest oder einfach in einer entspannten und ruhigeren WG wohnen willst, ist das zimmer perfekt für dich :)
Wir haben außerdem einen Putzplan, sprich uns ist es wichtig, dass die Wohnung sauber ist.
Am Wochenende sind wir beide viel unterwegs, treffen Freunde, machen Sport etc.

You would live with me, Paula, and Lukas. I have lived in Spain until recently, am now back and am just preparing for my 1st exam (study law) I am therefore studying a lot- either at the university or at home. Lukas is a trained cook and is working from noon every day until evening. Because I have to study a lot and Lukas works full time it is quiet in our shared flat, we like to meet for a coffee or beer sometimes or cook together, but we are not a party shared flat. So if you also work or just want to live in a more relaxed and quiet shared flat, the room is perfect for you :)
We also have a cleaning schedule, meaning it is important to us that the apartment is clean.
On weekends we are both on the road a lot, meet friends, do sports, etc..

Vivirías conmigo, Paula y Lukas. Hasta hace poco vivía en España, pero ahora he vuelto y estoy preparando mi primer examen (estudio Derecho), así que estudio mucho, ya sea en la universidad o en casa. Lukas es cocinero y trabaja todos los días desde el mediodía hasta la noche. Como ahora tengo que estudiar mucho y Lukas trabaja a tiempo completo, nuestro piso compartido es tranquilo, nos gusta quedar a veces para tomar un café o una cerveza o cocinar juntos, pero no somos un piso compartido de fiesta. Así que si también trabajas o simplemente quieres vivir en un piso compartido más relajado y tranquilo, esta habitación es perfecta para ti :)
También tenemos un horario de limpieza, por lo que es importante para nosotros que el piso esté limpio.
Los fines de semana, los dos salimos mucho, quedamos con amigos, hacemos deporte, etc.
