Mein WG Zimmer ist das sogenannte "Berliner Zimmer", es liegt zum offenen Hinterhof und ist in Sonnen-Richtung, sodass im Winter ab 11 Uhr bis ungefähr 13 Uhr die Sonne in das Zimmer scheint. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und groß. Alle Räume haben unterschiedliche hochwertige Parkett- oder Dielen-Böden. Es gibt ein Badezimmer, eine große Küche mit einer Speisekammer und einen großen Abstellraum, sowie einem gemeinsam genutzten Balkon. Dein Zimmer hat eine Kommode und einen offenen Kleiderschrank, einen Schreibtisch und ein King-size Bett mit einer großen warmen Bettdecke (220x240cm). Eine Lautsprecherbox von Bowers&Wilkins ist ebenfalls im Zimmer enthalten. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig und zum Teil antik.
Das Wohnzimmer ist ca. 40qm groß und wird gemeinschaftlich genutzt. Es beinhaltet eine große Couch für bis zu 7 Personen, eine Kaffee- und Lese-Ecke sowie ein großer Esstisch.
Das Bad ist mit einer Dusch-Wanne ausgestattet, man kann also ebenfalls baden.
Die Küche hat alles was das Herz begehrt (und was wir uns vorstellen konnten) sowie einen Gasherd.
My WG room is the so-called "Berlin room", it is located in the open backyard and is in the direction of the sun, so that in winter from 11 am to about 1 pm the sun shines into the room. The apartment is very bright and large. All rooms have different high-quality parquet or plank floors. There is a bathroom, a large kitchen with a food pantry and a large storage room, as well as a shared balcony. Your room has a dresser, an open closet, a desk, and a king-size bed with a big warm sheet (220x240cm). A Bowers&Wilkins speaker box is also included in the room. All the furniture is very high quality and partly antique.
The living room is about 40sqm and is shared. It includes a large couch for up to 7 people, a coffee and reading corner and a large dining table.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower tub, so you can also take a bath.
The kitchen has everything your heart desires (and what we could imagine) and a gas stove.

Schöneberg ist ein eher ruhigeres Viertel mit vielen angesagten Cafes, Bars und einer tollen Community. Der Viktoria Luise Platz, der nur 1-2 min zu Fuß entfernt liegt ist meiner Meinung nach einer der schönsten Plätze in Berlin. Direkt schräg gegenüber gibt es ein sehr gutes Cafe mit hervorragendem Kaffee. Hier lassen sich im Winter zwischen 11:30 bis 13 Uhr die kurzen Sonnenstunden genießen. Einkaufen kann man in Fußweite bei Edeka, Bio Company, Bio Denns, Penny, Lidl und Netto. Die U-Bahn Viktoria Luise Platz liegt nur 2 min zu Fuß entfernt. Das Haus ist ein denkmalgeschütztes, wunderschönes Altbau-Haus (siehe Fotos).
Schöneberg is a rather quiet neighborhood with many hip cafes, bars and a great community. The Viktoria Luise Platz, which is only 1-2 min walk away is in my opinion one of the most beautiful places in Berlin. Directly diagonally opposite there is a very good cafe with excellent coffee. Here you can enjoy the short hours of sunshine in winter between 11:30 to 13 o'clock. Shopping can be done within walking distance at Edeka, Bio Company, Bio Denns, Penny, Lidl and Netto. The subway Viktoria Luise Platz is only 2 min walk away. The house is a listed, beautiful old building (see photos).

Deine Mitbewohner sind um die 25 Jahre alt und kommen ursprünglich aus Padua in Italien (nähe Venedig). Es ist ein sehr gemeinschaftliches WG Leben: Wir kochen gern zusammen, spielen Gemeinschaftsspiele und gucken Filme. Alle können sich dennoch auch jederzeit zurückziehen und die Ruhe genießen.
Your roommates are around 25 years old and originally from Padua in Italy (near Venice). It is a communal flat share life: We like to cook together, play community games and watch movies. However, everyone can also withdraw and enjoy peace and quiet.
