The whole flat has got 85qm. There are 3 rooms (mine, yours and the living room), a kitchen with washing machine, dish-washer and seating, a big, sunny balcony, a hallway and a bath with shower.
Your room has about 14qm and is furnished with a bed, a night table, a big shelf, a small cabinet, a desk and a chair.
Please notice, that my current flatmate didn't packed all his stuff yet and the desk in your room is missing on the pictures, but will be there from march. Also the shelfs will be empty when you arrive. Bedding and towels for shared use are available and Internet is also included (and it is superfast and stable ;)).
The train station Schöneberg is just 2 minutes away walking. Innsbrucker Platz can be reached in about 5-6 minutes.
My name is Liz, I am 34 years old and work as video artist. With me lives my small dog Ecki, 10 years old. I enjoy being creative in almost any way, reading, jogging, yoga, cooking & eating (I am 90% vegan), listening to music, dancing, hanging around with friends, drinking beer, going to festivals and concerts and being outside with Ecki.
I work from home most of the time and my work-desk is placed in the living room. But it is no problem for me if you are hanging around while I am working. Smoking is allowed in living room & kitchen, but most of the time I am smoking at the balcony. You definitely should at least appreciate the smell of incense sticks if you'd like to live with me ;)
You should be open-minded, clean and respect other peoples stuff. I'd enjoy cooking/eating/having a drink or two together sometimes - but it's no must.

The room is available from March 4th to June 15th 2023. Minimum duration to stay here is 1 month.
