Das Zimmer ist 22m2 groß und schön geschnitten.
Es handelt sich um einen kompletten Neubau und Erstbezug, dementsprechend ist das Zimmer in einem TOP Zustand.
Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert und kann von dir frei und nach Wunsch eingerichtet werden. Das Zimmer verfügt selber über keinen Balkon, allerdings haben wir ein gemeinschaftliches Wohnzimmer. Dort befindet sich auch der Balkon, den alle mit nutzen können. Das Zimmer selber hat eine sehr besondere Aussicht aufs Grüne. Der morgendliche Ausblick und der Sonnenaufgang - sowie
der abendliche Sonnenuntergang sind echt phänomenal.
Die Lage ist hervorragend. In unmittelbarer Nähe der U-Bahn Linie U2 (fussläufig 2min) gelegen, kommt man von dort in 10-15 Minuten zu fast allen IN-Gegenden von Berlin und man hat trotzdem seine Ruhe.
Bisher sind wir zwei Girls (21j und 24j.) und suchen noch eine dritte spannende Person. Wir sind super herzlich und abenteuerlustig. Mit uns erlebst du ruhige Filmabende an Sonntagen und wenn es sein muss auch wilde Samstag Abende ;)
