I am offering a central room in a really nice apartment starting may. 1st 2023 for up to 5 months until up to the end of September. The apartment is located in Schöneberg close to Ku'Damm, there is at 2 minutes on foot one ubahn and 3 minutes a Bus Station that also runs all night.
We are looking for a new roommate for the apartment. I Dunia (43) am from Spain and working in IT field but I am spending 6 months in Spain. The other roommate that are staying there are two young ladies from South American (22) working in real estate and (29) lady studying master of communication.
We speak English, German and Spanish and are looking for someone to rent long or short term (minimum 3 months max 6 months until end of september).
The room will be mostly free but a 2 shelves will still have some of my things in it
Lage:
The apartment is clean and the location is good and the room is a furnished, bright, and the kitchen and bathroom are fully outfitted. There are all the kitchen utensils, pots, pans, fridge, everything you will need already here.
It is very close to U-bahn Viktoria-Luise-Platz, and about 15 min away from Zoo.
WG-Leben:
We have 2 fridges and the roommates sometimes go shopping, cook and eat together, but everything is nicely and clearly separated for each roommate so you can also have your privacy.
We go out together sometimes and we watch movies together, but its not a prerequisite.
