ich vermiete ein freies Zimmer in meiner WG- Wohnung mitten im Kiez von Schöneberg.
Das Zimmer ist super geschnitten, sehr hell und liegt nach vorne, zur ruhigen Straße.
Die Zimmer bekommt sehr viel Sonnenlicht und formt eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre, auch am Abend.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet und kann von dir komplett selber eingerichtet werden.
Die Wohnung liegt in Schöneberg direkt im Akazienkiez.
Wer die Lage kennt, weiß dass das der schönste Fleck von Schöneberg ist.
Ein super schöner Kiez mit Spätis, Bars, Cafes und tollen Restaurants.
U-Bbf Eisenacherstraße ist nur wenige Gehmeter entfernt.
Du kannst dich auf eine tolle, entspannte Mitbewohnerin freuen.
Ich freue mich wenn man zusammen gelegentlich auch mal einen Koch oder einen Vinoabend zusammen verbringen kann.
Ansonsten lässt die Wohnung auch viel Raum für Ruhe und eigenen Space. Neben dem Studium spiele ich viel Tennis und bin oft auf Turnieren.
