The room size is 25m2. It has a queen size bed and a small couch as seen in the picture, with a high ceiling.
- There is an office chair and additional screen for home office.
- The room is very spacious that you can do some exercise or yoga easily. A yoga mat comes with the room.
Facilities
- The apartments used to be two apartments, so there are two entrances and two bathrooms.
- There are two bathrooms, and I share a smaller bathroom with toilet next to the kitchen with the neighbouring Japanese girl. She only comes for a quick shower either in the mornings or early afternoon, but never in the evening, so it is semi-private. You can of course use the bigger bathroom closer to your room too.
- The apartment has two entrances, and you only have keys to the main entrance of the apartment.
- We have an elevator. There are small steps before the elevator on the ground floor.
- Behind my apartment is a very cosy garden. In summer, you can simply take something to eat down there and enjoy greenery, fresh air and the sun.

Location:
- The street before the entire building is wide and quiet.
- A-few-minute walk takes you to cosy Winterfeldtplatz, where there are many restaurants and cafes, Edeka and Winterfeldtmarkt, which takes place in front of a church on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
- Two Lidl, Rewe, Nahkauf, Rossmann are within walking distance (ca. 10-15 minutes). Ca. 15-minute walk takes you to a shopping spot in Schöneberg on Hauptstraße.
- I enjoy a Turkish market, Crellemarkt,next to Yorkstraße Station, which takes place on Wednesdays and Saturdays, a little walk in Park am Gleisdreieck and a bike ride and picnic in Tiergarten. Everything is within walking distance (15-20 minutes).
- The building is relatively large. The apartment is in the furthermost and behind is primary school (Grundschule) and gardens, so it is very quiet.
