Hey!
Ich würde eine 3er WG gründen und vermiete zwei Zimmer meiner 3 Zimmer Wohnung.
Das erste Zimmer ist 12qm und kostet 550€ (warm, auch mit W-lan), das zweite ist 16qm und kostet 600€. Es gibt auch einen Balkon auf meinem Zimmer, den du natürlich auch benutzen kannst.
Dazu gibt es eine relativ kleine Küche und einem Bad, Fotos schick ich privat.
Die Vermieter würden es mir möbliert vermieten, wir können dann selber entscheiden welche Möbeln wir behalten.
Der Vetrag ist erstmal auf einen Jahr befristet, wenn alles passt kann es dann verlängert werden.
Die Wohnung ist ein Neubau und befindet sich im wunderschönen Regenbogenkiez an der Viktoria Luise Platz.
Zu fuß erreichbar ist die u4 (Viktoria Luise), u7 (bayerischer Platz), u9 (Güntzelstraße), u3 (Spichernstraße) und u2 (Wittenbergplatz).
In der Wohnung würdest du mit mir und eine dritte Person wohnen.
Sonst zu mir, ich bin Marta, bin 19 und komme aus Italien. Ich studiere Architektur und mache viel Sport, deswegen werde ich die meiste Zeit nicht zu Hause sein. Abends bin ich sonst auf einen Gespräch in der Küche offen :)
Mir ist Sauberkeit in der Wohnung seehr wichtig!
Es sind keine Haustiere erlaubt, gerne auch kein Rauchen
