Hi, I'm Jana, 24 and go abroad for half a year. I'm looking for someone who wants to take over my small but fine room for the time from 01.02.25 to 30.06.25. The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, shelf and a dresser. Under the bed is another storage room. Since the room is very small, no desk fits in. It is in the living room and can be used.
Hi, ich bin Jana, 24 und gehe für ein halbes Jahr ins Ausland. Ich suche jemanden, der für die Zeit vom 01.02.25 bis 30.06.25 (kürzer geht auch) mein kleines aber feines Zimmer übernehmen möchte. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Bett, Kleiderschrank, einem Regal und einer Kommode. Unter dem Bett ist weiterer Stauraum. Da das Zimmer sehr klein ist, passt kein Schreibtisch rein. Der steht im Wohnzimmer und darf gerne benutzt werden.
On foot you arrive in 5 minutes to the next bus stop and in 12 minutes to the next S-Bahn station (Schöneweide). From there you can drive with 5 different S-Bahn trains or various regional trains.
You can walk to HTW Campus Wilhelminenhof in 15 minutes and you will be at the HU Campus Adlershof in 2 Sbahn stations.
The next Späti and baker are 2 min away and the next supermarket is reached in 10 min.
Zu Fuß kommst du in 5 min zur nächsten Bushaltestelle und in 12 min zum nächsten S-Bahnhof (Schöneweide). Von dort aus kannst du mit 5 verschiedenen S-Bahnen oder diversen Regionalbahnen fahren.
In 15 min kannst du zur HTW Campus Wilhelminenhof laufen und in 2 Sbahn-Stationen bist du beim HU Campus Adlershof.
Der nächste Späti und Bäcker sind 2 min entfernt und der nächste Supermarkt in 10 min erreicht.
In the WG, besides you, my sister Luisa lives. She's 26 years old and works as a nurse. The WG is rather quiet, but Luisa is also pleased with visits or also joint activities such as joint cooking or game evenings, film evenings. There is a piano in the living room. In addition, a beamer for cozy film finishes.
In der WG wohnt außer dir noch meine Schwester Luisa. Sie ist 26 Jahre alt und arbeitet als Krankenpflegerin. Die WG ist eher ruhig, Luisa freut sich aber auch über Besuch oder auch gemeinsame Aktivitäten wie gemeinsames Kochen oder Spiele-Abende, Film-Abende. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein Klavier. Außerdem einen Beamer für gemütliche Film-Abende.
