Das Zimmer gehört zu einer 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit ca 95 qm im 3. OG.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet, ist ca 14 qm groß, hell und geht raus in Richtung Westen zum grünen Garten bzw. Innenhof. Das heißt, dass du dein zukünftiges Zimmer je nach deinem Wunsch und deiner Kreativität einrichten kannst. Ich kann auch natürlich dabei helfen, wenn du meine Hilfe brauchst.
Die Küche und das Badezimmer sind voll ausgestattet, breit und schön.

The room belongs to a 3-room apartment with approx. 95 sqm on the 3rd floor.
The room is rented unfurnished, is about 14 sqm, bright and faces west to the green garden. This means that you can furnish your future room according to your wishes and creativity. Of course I can also help you if you need my help.
The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped, wide and beautiful.

Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Rathaus Spandau (zu Fuß 5 min entfernt zur U/S-Bahn/Regional Bahn Rathaus Spandau, 4 min entfernt zum Spandau Arcaden/Einkaufszentrum, ebenso befinden sich Edeka, Bio Company, DM, Saturn, Lidl, McFit usw. in der Nähe der Wohnung. (zu Fuß 3-5 min entfernt)
Du bist mit Regio in 14 min am Hbf, in 10 min am Zoologischen Garten, in 5 min in der Jungfernheide (Ringbahn S41/42)
Gleich unter der Wohnung befindet sich ein Supermarkt, Späti und eine Bushaltestelle.
Ansonsten findest du den Fluss gleich gegenüber der Wohnung, wo du joggen gehen und dich entspannen kannst.
Du wirst in der Wohnung zusammen mit mir wohnen. Ich bin 29, berufstätig, im Masterstudium, Fotograf, Musiker und genieße jede Art der Kunst :) Seit Jahren spiele ich gern Gitarre. Wenn du auch ein Musiker bist, ist doch ein gutes Match.
Bitte stelle dich kurz vor, wie alt du bist, womit du dich in Berlin finanziell beschäftigst. Dann kriegst du von mir gerne einen Besichtigungstermin.
