Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer perfekten Lage in Spandau, direkt davor steht eine Bushaltestelle, mit dem Bus ist der Bahnhof Spandau Hbf.( Regionalzüge und S-bahn) in 10 min zu erreichen, zu Fuß sind ca. 15 min, mit dem Rad 7 min. Heißt man kann einfach in 20/25 min in Charlottenburg oder Zoo mit den ÖPVN sein.

Als Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt's Rewe, Penny, und Kaufland die jeweils in 6 min, 5 min und 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen sind.
Für Naturfreunde wäre es ein Jackpot, denn die Havel ist nur zwei Straßen entfernt, perfekt für einen Spaziergang oder einen schönen Sonnenuntergang. Es gibt auch einen Park 10 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt, wo du etwas Ruhe und grüne Landschaften mit einem kleinen See im Inneren genießen kannst. Last but not least, 15 Minuten zu Fuß, findest du einen kleinen Hafen, mit einem fantastischen Blick über die Scharfe Lanke(See).
Klar Spätis gib's auch bei uns, vor dem Haus schon eins, sowie entlang der Pichelsdorferstr. Gemütliche Bars/Kneipen gibt's auch fast in jeder Ecke hier.

The apartment is in a perfect location in Spandau, directly in front of it is a bus stop, with the bus is the station Spandau Hbf. (regional trains and S-Bahn) in 10 min to reach, on foot are about 15 min, by bike 7 min. Means you can easily be in 20/25 min in Charlottenburg or Zoo with public transportations.

As shopping facilities there are Rewe, Penny, and Kaufland each in 6 min, 5 min and 10 min walking distance.
For nature lovers it would be a jackpot, as the Havel river is only two streets away, perfect for a walk or a beautiful sunset. There is also a park 10 minutes walk from the apartment where you can enjoy some peace and green landscapes with a small lake inside. Last but not least, 15 minutes walk, you will find a small harbor, with a fantastic view over the Scharfe Lanke(lake).
Sure Spätis's also with us, in front of the house already one, as well as along the Pichelsdorferstr. Cozy bars / pubs are also almost in every corner here.

Da unsere Mitbewohnerin auszieht, suchen wir ab 22.08.23 eine/en Mitbewohnerin/er für unsere schöne WG direkt an der Pichelsdorferstr. Als Nachfolge suchen wir ein ebenso netten, aufgeschlossenen und sympathischen Mensch wie die gehende.

Jasmin/W und ich Mortadha/M wohnen in der WG zusammen mit Vanessa die bis 01/01/2024 auszieht.
Jasmin ist Studentin, lernt teilweise von Zuhause, macht gerne Sport und ist meistens draußen. Ich(Mortadha) bin Student an der Endphase meines Masters, und arbeite gleichzeitig, bin fast immer mit dem Rad unterwegs, mag gerne in der Natur zu sein, spiele gerne Fußball/Tischtennis und freue mich immer neue Leute kennenzulernen.
Das Leben in unserer WG hat bisher super geklappt, es wurde manchmal zusammen gekocht, geredet, gelacht. Ab und zu Filmabende oder halt Pic-nic gemacht, oder Flohmärkte eindringen, und klar jede Menge Ordnung und Saubarkeit! Daher steht ein Putzplan um alles tip-top zu halten. Also es geht um eine familiäre Atmosphäre mit dem Motto "Alles kann, nichts muss" .

Since one of our roommates are moving out, we are looking from 01/01/2024 for a new roommate for our beautiful WG directly on the Pichelsdorferstr. As a successor, we are looking for equally nice, open-minded and sympathetic roommate as the going.

Jasmin/F and I Mortadha/M live in the WG since together with Vanessa who moves out on the 01/01/2024.
Jasmin is a student and studies partly from home, practices sports regulary and is mostly outside. I(Mortadha) am a student at the final stage of my Masters, and work at the same time, am almost always biking, like to be in nature, like to play football/table tennis and always happy to meet new people.
Living in our shared apartment has worked out great so far, we occasionally cook together, talk, laugh. From time to time movie nights or just Pic-nic, or flea markets trips, and clearly a lot of order and tidiness! Therefore, there is a cleaning schedule to keep everything tip-top. So it's about a family-like atmosphere with the motto "Everything can, nothing must" .
