I’m offering my bed in a WG-bedroom. The renting period is 3 months, From 01.11.2023 - 01.02.2024. There is no Anmeldung and no Kaution/security deposit. Rent is 375 euro a month. The rent includes wifi, heating, and all facilities. There is a shared bathroom and Kitchen.
You will be sharing the room with a roommate who is currently doing Master studies.
Smoking and pets are not desired.
Es gibt zwei Buslinien (M45 und 134), die man in 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann.
Das Rathaus Spandau (S-, U-, Regionalbahn) ist 15 Minuten mit dem Bus entfernt.
REWE, Penny, LIDL und Netto sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
In der Nähe befindet sich auch ein Park.
Viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen. Türkisches Essen, serbisches Essen, libanesisches Essen, chinesisches Essen.

Die Mitbewohner bestehen aus Masterstudenten und Berufstätigen. Alle sind sehr nett und respektvoll. Das Essen wird oft geteilt und alle sind entspannt. Es gibt einen Gruppenchat, in dem die Aufgaben der Wohnung besprochen werden.
Roommates consist of Masters students and employed people. All are very nice and respectful. Sharing food is done often and everyone is chill. There is a group chat where apartment duties are discussed.
