Ich biete ein großes Altbau-Zimmer an mit einem WG Balkon. Mit Stuck an der Decke und Dielenboden. Das Badezimmer ist komplett saniert und die Küche auch. Ruhige Lage und nur 2 min. Fußweg zum Bus. 7 min. zum Rathaus Spandau.5 min zur Heerstraße. Super angebunden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Spandau. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es an jeder Ecke. EDEKA, Kaufland, Netto, Obi, kleiner türkischer Supermarkt, Rossmann.
Es wäre schön, wenn wir mal zusammen kochen, ein DVD Abend gestalten oder in der Küche sitzen und ein Wein trinken :)
Mir ist es besonders wichtig, dass die Wohnung nicht verwohnt wird. Ein Putzplan ist mir wichtig und auch dass das eigene Zimmer geputzt wird.
Ich selbst spiele Klavier und bin Studentin.
Ich bin auf der Suche nach jemanden der vor hat mindestens ein Jahr hier zu wohnen.
Ich sag euch die Wohnung ist ein Traum.
