In der WG wohne ich mit meiner 16 Monate alten Tochter. Es handelt sich um eine 3 Zimmer Wohnung. Du bzw ihr erhaltet das größere der beiden Zimmer. Das Wohnzimmer dient als Aufenthalts- und Spielzimmer. Da hier auch der Schreibtisch steht, müsste man sich bzgl. Home Office abstimmen. In der Küche hat ein Esstisch Platz. Ein Balkon ist über das Wohnzimmer begehbar.
Wunderbar am Wasser gelegen, neben 2 Supermärkten und direkt an einer Knotenpunktbushaltestelle. Grün gelegen.
Wg wird erst gegründet. Ich biete Mietnachlass gegen Hilfe. Hilfe wäre im Wesentlichen Nanny Aufgaben. Ich würde mir ein unterstützendes Miteinander wünschen. Für einander mal etwas einkaufen, kurz die Kleinen Beaufsichtigen wenn jemand anruft, wie es sich einfach ergibt. Mir wäre ein gemeinsamer Plan sehr wichtig, vor allem weil es nur 1 Bad gibt.
