Ich untervermiete meine Wohnung über den April (die Daten sind aber flexibel, ich bin immer mal wieder weg und offen für (etwas) längere oder kürzere Zeiträume)
Die sanierte Altbauwohnung ist komplett möbliert und liegt im 4. OG.
Sie hat insgesamt 65 qm.
1 Schlafzimmer mit Stuck, viel Fenster, nach Osten raus.
1 großes Wohnzimmer, an dem der 8qm(!) Balkon anliegt.
In beiden Zimmern Echtholzboden- Küche, Bad und Flur gefliest.
In der Küche kann man easy zusammen kochen, sie ist komplett ausgestattet, hat einen neuen Induktionsherd. Das Bad hat eine Fußbodenheizung, Dusche & Badewanne.
Ich habe die Wohnung sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sie ist voller Pflanzen, Licht und Kunst.
Die Warmmiete für 4 Wochen liegt bei 1350€.
Es sind zur U Schloßstraße (U9, Busse) ca. 8 min. zu Fuß, zum Breitenbachplatz (U3) 10 min, zum Rathaus Steglitz (S1) 12 Minuten. Ringbahn ist auch nicht allzu weit weg und mit dem Bus/Bike ist man in 10 Minuten in Schöneberg, zB, im Akazienkiez.
Ich vermiete die ganze Wohnung, da ich selbst nicht da bin.
