Furnished 24³ meter large bright room with a big window. The room is sunny for most of the day. In the room there is King sized bed and two closets and small sound system.
The whole apartment is about 110³ with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and winter garden for you to share with an another flat-mate.
The area quite residential. The building is surrounded by trees in two sides and right to the main street. There is a small park just downstairs.
- 1 min. by foot Bus/S-Bhan station (Sundgauerstr.)
- 1 min by foot grocery store (EDEKA), bakery, and a flower shop.
- 4 min by foot to ALDI and other additional stores you might need.
You can reach to almost all main hubs in berlin in short time:

I will be away for 6 weeks as I will be travelling. You will be sharing the apartment with Lizzy. She is one of the most friendliest person i know. We have huge living room equipped with nice couches and good quality Smart TV. So most of the time we chill there, watch something over a drink, play board games and even cook together.
There is also a 12³ room, what we use as a office. If you like you can use it too. There is table and chair and couch is available for use and of course a sound system.
The whole 6 week from (31.10- 15.12) the rent would be 1050 Euros everything included. and a 1000 Euros deposit which you should get back in full.
