ich habe ab dem 01.08.24 ein Zimmer zum Vermieten im Angebot (flexibel zwischen 4-9 Monate, ggf. auch länger)! Das Zimmer ist auch ideal für Studentinnen, Auslandssemesterstudentinnen, Praktikantinnen, Pendlerinnen die vorübergehend eine Unterkunft suchen, etc.)
Es handelt sich um ein Zimmer in einem kleinen Mehrfamilienhaus (5 Wohnungen) in Lankwitz (Steglitz-Zehlendorf).
Das Zimmer ist 20 qm groß mit großem Balkon, möbliert. Kosten: 800 Euro warm, inkl. WLAN. Voll eingerichtete Küche, Bad mit Waschmaschine sind selbstverständlich vorhanden!
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, das Haus ist auch ruhig (verkehrsberuhigte Lage). Auch gute Parkmöglichkeiten wären vorhanden. Zu beiden Seiten der Wohnung ist es sehr hell und viel Grün außen.
Ich bin w., 43 J. alt (fühle mich viel jünger!), ein sportlicher, lebensbejahender, eher ruhiger Mensch und studiere derzeit Soziale Arbeit. Außer in den Semesterferien pendle ich gerade regelmäßig wöchentlich zum Studium und bin daher mindestens 2,5 Tage pro Woche nicht da. Das heißt, es sollte auch ok für dich sein länger allein in der Wohnung zu sein.
Du solltest eine ruhige WG suchen, keine Party-WG... Wichtig wäre mir, dass du nicht rauchst und keine Drogen nimmst.
Zur Lage der Wohnung:
S-Bahn Haltestellen "Lankwitz oder Attilastraße" in ca. 5 Min. mit dem Bus zu erreichen (187 oder 184),
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke.

Dear all,
I got a room available for you from 1st of August. Time is pretty flexible between 3-6 months preferrebly (longer could be possible). The room is also ideal für students from abroad or Germany, interns, working people, etc. searching a room.
The room has 20qm, got a big balcony and furniture. Costs: 800 Euro/month. Location: Lankwitz (Steglitz Zehlendorf). It is a safe, quiet location with a lot of green around the house and environment. The closest S-Bahn are "S-Lankwitz" or "S-Attilastraße". The bus takes about 5 minutes there.
I am 43 years old, sportive and am currently studying Social Work. 2,5 days per week (if not holidays) I am not in the flat and you should be ok being on your own in the flat during this time.
The place is a rather quiet place and you should not be seeking a party place in the flat. People who are smoking, taking drugs and making the place a party-flat are not welcome.
