Insgesamt sehr grüne, ruhige Wohngegend. Super zum Joggen :)
Roommates (all students) live friendly with each other, but do nothing private.
Kitchen and baths are used together, otherwise everyone lives rather after their own rhythm of life.
Mitbewohner*innen (alles Studierende) leben freundlich miteinander, unternehmen aber nichts privat.
Küche und Bäder werden gemeinsam genutzt, sonst lebt jede*r eher nach seinem/ihrem eigenem Lebensrhythmus.
- only disadvantage: not the most soundproof walls ever. But we all pay attention to the mood, so no problems so far.
- Rental contract for 1 year, extension possible
