mein Name ist Michel. Es ist mein erstes mal hier auf wg-gesucht und aufgrund der Wohnungsnotsituation in Berlin habe ich mich entschieden, jemanden in meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung aufzunehmen.
Kurz zu mir: Ich liebe Tiere, vor allem Hunde. Ich liebe auch Menschen, Musik hören und kochen. Ich brauche hier eine ehrliche und authentische Person, die mir meine Freiheiten lässt und der ich meine Freiheiten lasse. Gerade in einer 1- Zimmer Wohnung ist das von großer Bedeutung.
Zurzeit arbeite ich als Barkeeper, habe aber schon viele andere Dinge gemacht und bin gelernter Bankkauffmann. Zu meinen Hobbies zählt noch Tischtennis spielen. Und klar, ich bin gerne und viel mit "meinen Jungs" unterwegs.
Also wenn Dich das oben genannten anspricht,würde ich mich über eine Kontaktaufnahmen freuen. Ich bin umgänglich und denke, dass wir beide gut in meiner 1-Zimmer Wohnung klarkommen werden.
Fast hätte ich es vergessen, die Kosten: Ich stelle mir eine Mietbeteiligung von 100 € vor (alles inklusive). Es geht mir jetzt nicht um 10 oder 20 euro, wichtig ist das es gut passt.

Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig. In der Nähe befindet sich ein großer Park und der Botanische Garten ist ebenfalls nicht weit. Die Entfernung zur FU Berlin sind max. 10 min.
