Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei gleichgroßen Zimmern a ~30qm mit zwei Balkonen, einem Bad & einer Küche.
Das Zimmer selbst ist also sehr geräumig und man kann sich mit etwas Einfallsreichtum durchaus ein kleines Loft kreieren. Der einzige Nachteil an der Wohnung besteht also darin, dass es kein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer gibt.
Das Zimmer kann Teilmöbliert/Unmöbliert übernommen werden. Um welche Möbel genau es sich handelt könnte man vor Ort bei einem Kaffee besprechen. Da ich dann ohnehin ein paar Möbel weggebe oder sie dir überlasse ist das ziemlich easy zu regeln.
ACHTUNG: Einen Haken gibt es noch... derzeit gibt es hier keinen Keller! Änderungen sind in Arbeit.

English Version:
The flat itself is made with two identical big rooms with around 30qm of space with two balconys. Also there are a kitchen and a little bathroom. So your room is gonna be big enough to create a little loft if you are creative enough. ;)
The only issue: there is no 3rd room as a living room.
Your room itself can be rented with or without furniture. What kind of could be discussed while we speak with a coffee in our hands? ;)
CAUTION: There is no basement room yet! Changes are in progress.
Die Lage ist ziemlich entspannt hier. Es wird ein kleines bisschen das Dorfleben vermittelt, denn es ist wahnsinnig ruhig. Die Mitmenschen sind alle wirklich freundlich und wenn man mal Hilfe braucht, sagen sie in der Regel auch nicht nein. Da das Haus selbst nicht direkt an der Straße ist, hat man auch nicht mit Lärm von außen zu kämpfen.
Erstmal zu den Verbindungswegen:
5min zu Fuß: S-Bhf Lichterfelde West -> S1 bietet eine schnelle Verbindung nach Wannsee und Schlachtensee, also perfekt für den Sommer. In Richtung Zentrum wiederum ist in zwei Stationen Rathaus Steglitz zu erreichen (SHOPPING!!!! hust), oder auch innerhalb von 20min das Stadtzentrum.
Ebenso Busverbindungen nach West- und Südberlin. Hier gibt es auch eine Direktverbindung zum Hauptcampus der Freien Universität
Zu den Versorgungswegen:

Also einmal zusammengefasst: Gibt wenig das man hier nicht findet oder ggnfl auch in 2 Stationen erreichen kann. ;)

The location is really comforting. You get a feeling of a little valley when you walk around here. The people here are really friendly and if you need help, mostly they won't say no. Since the house itself is not right on the street, you do not have to deal with outside noise.
First of all to the connection ways:
5 minutes on foot: S-Bahn Lichterfelde West -> S1 offers a fast connection to Wannsee and Schlachtensee, so perfect for the summer. In the direction of the city center you can reach Rathaus Steglitz in two stations (SHOPPING !!!! cough), or within 20 minutes the city center.
Also bus connections to West and South Berlin. There is also a direct connection to the main campus of the Free University
Shopping possabilitys nearby:
3min Nahkauf (food)
5min Edeka (food)
7min Aldi (food)
5min Rossman (drugstore)
3min Meat
Restaurants: 1 Dönerladen, 1 asian, 3 italiens, 1 georgier, 1 german kitchen

So overall, there is not much you don't find here. If there is something missing, you gonna find the most things 2 stations away.
Das WG-Leben, hmmm...
Ich glaube da macht es Sinn zu meiner Person erstmal etwas zu erzählen.
Ich bin Hauptberuflich Soldat.
Darüber hinaus befinde ich mich gerade in einer Aus- und Weiterbildung zum Notfallsanitäter, fahre also auch Rettung, drücke die Schulbank oder behandle Patienten im Krankenhaus.
Soviel zum beruflichen...
Hobbys habe ich neben einigen anderen im Grunde bloß eines welches ich massiv auslebe:
Tanzen... genau genommen Bachata. Diesen unterrichte ich auch.
Hierfür schlägt mein Herz und damit könnte ich 24/7 meine Zeit verbringen. Auch gehe ich des öfteren im Jahr auf diverse Bachata-Festivals. ;)
Ich gehe auch sehr gerne Feiern, meist Latin (Reggaeton etc) und freue mich natürlich wenn du da mitkommst.
Hin und wieder nehme ich auch mal meine Egitarre in die Hand.
Abgesehen davon verbringe ich gerne auch mal Zeit mit Freunden um einfach zu chillen oder sonst etwas zu unternehmen. Falls nichts ansteht, sitze ich auch mal am PC und zocke oder gucke Netflix/Amazon Prime...
Auch Fitness wird regelmäßig betrieben. Deine Gesellschaft wird gerne gesehen, aber selbstverständlich wird auch respektiert wenn man mal seine ruhe braucht.
Ich kann recht gut kochen, wenn's gewünscht ist. ;) Ich bin nicht der ordentlichste Mensch im Haushalt aber wenn man mich etwas piekst, funktioniert das ganz gut.
Ansonsten halte ich immer eine Grundordnung.
Soviel erst mal dazu...
Zur WG:
Erwartungen habe ich eigentlich keine großen. ... bis auf eine: Du solltest keine Veganerin/Vegetariarin sein da der Kühlschrank relativ klein ist. :D
Gegenseitiger Respekt, soziales miteinander, den einen oder anderen gemeinsamen Abend und einfach ein entspanntes und spaßiges zusammenleben.
Falls DU auch eine Leidenschaft für's tanzen hast... vielleicht sogar Bachata oder es gerne mal probieren möchtest, dann wäre das natürlich perfekt! Ist aber kein muss ;)
Ansonsten bin ich für gemeinsame Abende mit viel Aktivität oder gemeinsame Mittagsschläfchen immer gerne zu haben :D
Falls ich den einen oder anderen Punkt getroffen habe der dir zuspricht, schreib mich gerne an oder ruf einfach mal durch damit wir eine Verabredung vereinbaren können.

The WG life, hmmm ...
I think it makes sense to first tell something to my person.
I am a soldier.
In addition, I am currently a trainee as a paramedic. So I am also rescuing people, parking my arse on the school desk or treating patients in the hospital.
So much for the professional ...
Basically, there is only one hobby I'm doing a lot: dancing ... Bachata. I'm actually teaching this.
My heart beats for this and with that, I could spend my time 24/7.
Also, I often go to various festivals in the year. ;)
I like to party, sometimes more, sometimes less (mostly Latin > reggaeton, etc) and would be happy if you like to join me :D
Apart from that, I like spending time with friends to just chill out or do something else. If nothing is up, I also sit on the PC and gamble or watch Netflix / Amazon Prime ... feel free to join me if you feel like :)
Fitness is also a regular thing. Besides the enjoyment of doing stuff together, it's surely respected if someone needs some peaceful privacy.
I'm a good cook if desired. I'm not always the cleanest but if you poke me a little, it will work out.
Otherwise, I always keep a basic order.
So much for this first ...
To the WG:
I do not have any big expectations. ... Besides one, you shouldn't be a vegan/vegetarian since the fridge is pretty small. :'D
Mutual respect, social, one or the other evening together and just a relaxed and fun living together.
If you also have a passion for dancing ... maybe even Bachata or maybe you would like to try it, then that would be perfect! But it is not necessary ;)
Nonetheless, I would like to have a lot of nice days of activities with you or even nice noon naptimes together :D
