A classic simple student dormitory room. Has access to a balcony, shared with the next room. Closet can hold many things. Gets plenty of sunlight too. In the kitchen, there's a shelf for every person, as well as a cupboard (can be locked). The whole flat is very clean and you would be expected to not dirty it.
Steglitz-Zehlendorf. There is a river a few minutes away, lots of green in the area, we have even seen foxes around the building. Bus stops 2 minutes away on foot, good connection to city center. FU Berlin is about 20-25 minutes with bus, but you can even walk to it. Lidl, Kaufland and Rewe are all nearby.
Flatmates are all international students staying for one or two semesters, so the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. We occasionally cook and eat together too. All you should do is basically be clean. Flat has a great spot because it's close to the building entrance and that makes it very social, you can meet many people you see going in and out.
There's 2 bathrooms and a storage room, can also be used to hang clothes, with plenty of space. The room will be rented to students only.
