Da wir, Svenja & René, für drei Monate ins Ausland gehen steht 1 Dachgeschoss-Zimmer, möbliert, 11qm (525€) und 1 Zimmer mit eigenem kleinen Bad, möbliert, 26qm (670€) zur Untermiete von Anfang Januar 2023 - Ende März 2023 zur Verfügung.
In der Gemeinschaftswohnung gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, eine gemeinsame Küche, einen großen Balkon und den Schlachtensee in Laufnähe. Die WG ist zwischen 30 und 45 Jahre alt, die Kids sind 5 und 8 Jahre.
Mit der S1 ab Nikolassee sind es 30 min bis Yorckstraße oder mit der S7 40 min bis Alexanderplatz.
Wir freuen uns über aufgeschlossene, kreative Menschen, die Lust haben, für 3 Monate in unsere Gemeinschaft einzutauchen. Wir leben Gemeinschaft spontan und ungezwungen, verantwortungsbewusst und herzlich. Gerne lernen wir dich kennen, wenn du für diesen Zeitraum eine Bleibe suchst!

As we, Svenja & René, are going abroad for three months, 1 attic room, furnished, 11sqm (525€) and 1 room with own small bathroom, furnished, 26sqm (670€) is available for sublet from the beginning of January 2023 - end of March 2023.
The shared flat has a large living room with fireplace, a shared kitchen, a large balcony and the Schlachtensee lake within walking distance. The other people here are between 30 and 45 years old, the kids are 5 and 8 years.
It takes 30 minutes to Yorckstraße on the S1 from Nikolassee or 40 minutes to Alexanderplatz on the S7.
We are looking forward to open-minded, creative people who would like to dive into our community for 3 months. We live community spontaneously and informally, responsibly and warmly. We would love to get to know you if you are looking for a place to stay for this period!
