My flatmate is leaving for 4 months, and I am looking for a new flatmate until the 29th of February 2024. The room is around 20 square meters and fully furnished with a double-size bed, a small table, a big wardrobe, and a dresser. There is also a big luminous window facing the front of the building.
The 60 m2 flat is a sunny and well-insulated 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor. The kitchen is also fully furnished with a fridge, oven, glass ceramic Hob, washing machine, and dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with the usual stuff. There is also a bicycle cellar in case you want to securely store your bike and plenty of free parking in the area in case you have a car.
The apartment is located in a quiet area between the two districts of Steglitz and Schöneberg. It is 2 minutes away from 3 bus stations (M76, 187, 170, 246, 143), 5 minutes away from S-Bahn station Friedrinau (S1) and Priesteweg (S2, S25, S26), and 10 minute away from U-Bahn Station Walther-Schreiber-Platz. The center of Berlin can be reached quickly.
The area is surrounded by parks, such as the Nature Park Schöneberger Südgelände. There is a Rewe, Aldi and Kaufland in the vicinity. The house is also close to Schloßstraße, where there are malls, gyms, a decathlon and cinemas.
Hi, my name is Jose, and I am originally from Spain, tho I have been living in Berlin for almost 8 years now. I am in my early 30s and work as a PR consultant. I'm a pretty easy-going guy, who spends his free time relaxing at home or grabbing a bite with friends during the weekend. I do not have pets and do not smoke.
I'm looking for a flatmate who is in a similar position to me: working, pretty chilled, and who is not looking to party every weekend from dusk till dawn. Pets are not allowed in the flat and smoking is also not allowed.
The sublease is limited to the 29th of February 2024 (move-out date is relatively flexible). The total rent is €700 and includes everything (cold water, hot water, heating costs, electricity, internet, cleaning person ca. 2 times a month).
